Prices are fair and reasonable--especially knowing they don't own the property, which makes the value even more impressive. The owners, George and Chris, are regularly on site and genuinely hands-on, always available to help and make things right. Toli does a fantastic job with alterations--reliable, precise, and fast. And a big thank-you to Rima, Eliena, and Lu, who are always warm, welcoming, and professional at the counter. They make every visit pleasant. Trustworthy, consistent, and personal service for two decades says it all. Highly recommend.

Prior to handing my clothes to the owner I inspected each article of clothing and identified any stains. The owner witnessed this. When I picked up my shirts. The owner quickly wanted me to pay but I inspect all clothes from the cleaners. I soon discovered an issue with my dress shirt. The owner and her husband was quick to say it was due to my SWEAT GLANDS. I told them I don't sweat especially during the fall/winter weather here and I wear under shirts. Then he was quick to blame me on putting an oil on my shirt. I stated this was caused by your shop as I inspected all my clothes prior to handing them over. The wife/owner just smiled and said PAY. I wonder if I had been a Caucasian male or female had the outcome been different. It's SAD that they were quick to say it's my fault rather than say they would try to get it out as other PROFESSIONAL cleaners might have done. Not in this case. These days BUSINESSES ARE QUICK to earn a buck. Well the BUCK stops here. I will not be returning to this cleaners EVER again. And I advise everyone else to do the same. Seems like I should have read past reviews before bringing my business to this place.
