I asked the driver to please don't talk on the phone while driving me. For the next ten minutes I was abused verbally and in conversations with another occupant. He would not tell me his name so I could complain. It reached the point where I was going to have my wheelchair removed and call the police. This is truly a horrible business, I tried contacting them but their email address does not work. Never trust them in fact they didn't properly secure my chair don't entrust your loved one with them. I have a reply they never had this before but look at their requirements for becoming a franchisee or driver. Wear your polo shirt in your pants, no name of the driver prominently displayed just can you walk alot and tuck in your shirt the balance requires less than Wawa asks to make sandwiches but they lock you in back but not properly then give their drivers the right to tell you I am not giving you my name when you request the abuse and say stop it he just yells back, he claimed his brother was dehydrated and bakeraated was released, works for these muts, has been missing for two days but never told. I can't wait for depositions to determine the stability of these people before they grace them with a franchise or become drivers. We need help but no one cares in this company. It is essentially one giant dispatch center profiting from disgraceful people claiming no one ever said it before. My position, once I am in that vehicle I am in charge of the driver is busy chatting with cookie and driving, that was the basis of the travesty. Nothing quite being strapped in with a animal threatening to come back there to teach me a lesson. Hello there! It's Ernie Diez's wife... Today was another lovely trip to wound care, courtesy of your exceptional staff. Today we had the pleasure of Pat and Meredith's service again. Now... we are frequent flyers with Stellar, and have been transported several times by these two guys. They were absolutely wonderful, as always. I feel bad because I should have given them their well earned accolades previously, and I am slacking. Anyone there who has ever had to "deal" with me knows that I can be firm regarding my husband's care. Since we book through Alevi, sometimes getting Stellar assigned is difficult... I will never apologize for wanting top quality. Stellar delivers this every time and this is why I am so adamant about traveling with Stellar. Ernie gets nervous about going to his appointments. The only comfort I can provide is to tell him "I got the good guys, hon. Don't worry!" Knowing that aleviates most of his stress. I'm very impressed with this company. I had to use this service several times in 2023.The driver & helper on both trips were amazing. I had used all of my Medicare this year because of being so sick. I called Stellar & I wasn't able to use their services because of cost which is understandable because they are an excellent co. I was distraught not knowing what to do but Elizabeth arranged for me to get two free round trip rides & my driver Victor from today was excellent too. I had told Elizabeth that these two rides would make it possible for me to eat for a month because I ran out of Medicare Rides because of being sick so much sick this year & Stellar really came through for me when I didn't know what I was going to do. Starting next week I have nine doctors appts scheduled for the rest of the year & only one of those will be taken care of by Stellar. I will be eating a lot of peanut butter and jelly for three meals a day, but still I am eternally grateful to Stellar for their kindness & compassion. May God bless you & your company. Beware of Stellar Transportation! Lies,Lies, and More Lies! Unsafe! This place doesn't train their drivers and doesn't perform background checks on their drivers, which they clearly state on their website and brochure that do train and do background checks, both of which are Lies!. I know for a fact that they don't! I also know that at least some of their vans are unsafe and shouldn't be on the road! It's very risky using this place to transport your loved ones! It's just a matter of time before something really bad happens and I just thought other people should know what I know. John, the co-owner, is very self-centered and is allowing this to happen. Our driver was Kristi from the Melbourne office. She arrived right on time and drove us expertly to our destination at Advent Hospital in Orlando. She went right to the correct door and let us out right where we needed to go. On our return trip, the traffic was heavy but Kristi handled everything well and remained calm. We enjoyed our conversation with her on the trip. The trip was error free with the best routes used to get us home. The prices for stellar are a bit high, but the convenience makes up for it. read more

My mother is in a rehab center in Melbourne for a broken leg. The driver who transported her to her orthopedic post-op appointment was so kind. The driver Kristi was so kind and patient with my 92 year old mother. Kristi spoke to my mom throughout the trip to make sure she was comfortable. Kristi pointed out interesting landmarks along the way. Kristi took the time to introduce herself to me when I met them at the doctor's office. She made my mom very happy. read more

After Hurricane Milton, Stellar quickly got my wheelchair bound Dad safely home from the shelter. He had had to sleep in his wheelchair for days and was so grateful! I never have to worry about my 85 year old Dad living alone in Florida. Stellar treats all their customers like family and always takes excellent care of him. I have used Stellar transportation for several years. I have never gotten a bad ride. Every driver has been friendly, great conversation and very polite. I feel better treated than their mother. Lynwood & Meridith did a fantastic job moving my father from house bed to their bed transporter then drove him to the doctor office and put him on the doctor office bed. Then when it was time to leave they moved him easily back to the bed transporter drive him home and put him back in the house bed. They were very professional and friendly. read more
