We initially chose them because they have free of charge car seats and booster seats upon request (and because I am not going to start my vacation waiting for a bus, then waiting on the bus while everyone else gets dropped before you). George has always picked us up at the luggage carousel and gets us where we need to be in an efficient and friendly manner. We used a different car service once, and we had to go looking for the driver because they were circling in the car (not parked and waiting). More stressful and I think it even cost more somehow? Even though my kid is technically old enough not to need a booster seat in Florida, she still small enough that she needs one for safety reasons, so I love that I don't have to think about it. We get to start our vacation off like VIPs in a quiet car, not smashed in yet another tiny seat with a million people after being on a plane all morning, or waiting in line for an uber. Our arrival flight got delayed for 14 hours, and George was extra communicative throughout, texting and emailing that they were tracking our flight changes. When we finally landed the next day, exhausted and delirious after spending the night in the airport, his driver Erol was amazing, kind, and helpful in retrieving luggage. The Towncar itself was clean, comfortable, and the perfect reprieve after a harrowing day and night of traveling. George himself picked us up for the departing flight, 15 minutes early to boot. He was kind, helpful, and easy to talk to as well, just like Erol. I would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting the Orlando area.
