My son and I booked a Cosmos Norway Tour in January of 2020 with Cessy of Anytime Travel. She was a delight to work with and was always kind and happy to answer any of my questions and concerns. She did a lot of research to help us find the best prices and timing for our vacation. She also provided us with an app for the phone and it listed all of my travel plans and papers which was easy to use, organized and helpful. It allowed me to contact her basically anytime through text. The whole process of "planning a trip" was exciting and simple. Unfortunately, due to the international outbreak of Covid we were unable to make our trip on the planned date (August of 2020) . Cessy was able to hold our spot until 2021 but things were no better with Covid. Finally in 2022 my son and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to cancel the trip due to life changes that prevented us from being able to go. With Cessy's tremendous help, guidance and professional persistence we were able to get our full refund from the airlines (Lufthansa) which was a big cost . I was so grateful! I am in New Jersey, and after a web search, I selected Anytime Travel Solutions. Cessy Meacham is really Anytime Travel. I called and Cessy said she would call me back, and that she did. Cessy was engaging, warm, and knowledgeable. I was calling to seek help in setting up an out-of-country vacation for my parents who live in Florida, about 30 minutes from her office. She readily put together a number of options for my parents. The following day my parents went in to see her. They were warmly welcomed and invited to have coffee. At the end of their visit, my parents called me, and had nothing but wonderful praises to share regarding the way they were treated - the warmth, the respect, the clear directions. Cessy was highly recommended to me by a friend for my two week Italy adventure and I am so happy I worked with her!
