Lisa contacted me the day before, was super pleasant and I was confident she would be there to pick us up. The pick up was seamless, Lisa's driving is superb, and she was delightful. Their answering machine was full after leaving numerous messages and NO RESPONSE. I had to find a Taxi to bring me back. This is not a professional company, just a small self starter group of people doing things on their own terms. I do not rate them even 1-star.
