This guy should no longer be driving at all, let alone with passengers. He drove so poorly I almost…read moreasked to be dropped off anywhere in Tampa but my bag was in the trunk and I was certain he would resist. This hunch I had that he wouldn't let me out was completely correct. My ride to Tampa airport was booked a few days before. Communication with Neil was difficult as he wanted flight numbers and other extraneous details. He called me the day before my ride seemingly confused and slurring. I was foolish to not immediately cancel and book Uber right then. Do not make the same mistake I did because it is just a matter of time before this man hurts someone. Neil arrived 15 minutes early at 5:45 am. I would have booked later if I knew he makes an unannounced habit of this, please see his other reviews. I was unable to finish my flight preparations and just quickly grabbed my stuff and rushed out. When I questioned our original booking time he responded defensively so I just stopped talking. After loading my bag I hopped in the car. It's older but in ok shape. Immediately I noticed the smell of incredibly strong cologne. It was suffocating. Neil forgot his credit card machine and had to manually enter my card while mumbling and cursing the whole time. Driving was initially spotty and made me really nervous right away. By Spring Hill he had me audibly gasping. He is not a safe driver. He missed a turn on Cortez and braked hard at a green then appeared to be considering a left from the center lane. The driving worsened as we continued. The lane indicator beeped incessantly as Neil crossed the yellow lane continuously. I was terrified. I texted my partner states away as I was anticipating being in an accident. By the time we got to Tampa International I was begging to be let out anywhere. Literally anywhere. Neil argued with me until I demanded to be let out. Now, hours later, I am sitting at my terminal being harassed by this man. He texted me to make excuses about his driving not long after I ran out of his car. I plan to contact the Citrus County Sheriff's Department as I now suspect that Neil was inebriated when he picked me up. Under no circumstances should you, or anyone you know, use this transportation service.

We have used Orlando Airport Towncar for years going back and forth to Disney. Every year I know we…read morecan book the same transportation and expect the same high level of service. And it's honestly only maybe $20 more for a family of four one way vs. the Disney Shuttle/Mears, and you are taken directly to your hotel in a nice car. Why wouldn't I keep booking them? We initially chose them because they have free of charge car seats and booster seats upon request (and because I am not going to start my vacation waiting for a bus, then waiting on the bus while everyone else gets dropped before you). George has always picked us up at the luggage carousel and gets us where we need to be in an efficient and friendly manner. We used a different car service once, and we had to go looking for the driver because they were circling in the car (not parked and waiting). More stressful and I think it even cost more somehow? Even though my kid is technically old enough not to need a booster seat in Florida, she still small enough that she needs one for safety reasons, so I love that I don't have to think about it. We get to start our vacation off like VIPs in a quiet car, not smashed in yet another tiny seat with a million people after being on a plane all morning, or waiting in line for an uber. We love them and will never not book them!

From the get-go, George exemplified superior customer service. He was kind, responsive, and detailed. He reviewed our pickup and dropoff windows to make sure we planned accordingly for TSA, delays, etc., and this extra touch gave me great confidence in his company's abilities to provide top-notch service. Our arrival flight got delayed for 14 hours, and George was extra communicative throughout, texting and emailing that they were tracking our flight changes. When we finally landed the next day, exhausted and delirious after spending the night in the airport, his driver Erol was amazing, kind, and helpful in retrieving luggage. The Towncar itself was clean, comfortable, and the perfect reprieve after a harrowing day and night of traveling. George himself picked us up for the departing flight, 15 minutes early to boot. He was kind, helpful, and easy to talk to as well, just like Erol. I would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting the Orlando area. It can get pricey depending on the length of the trip you are booking, but the investment is worth the peace of mind, superior customer service, and pristine fleet of vehicles.

That extra cost was for drop off at our home address which is right off the interstate 95. They were late for the pickup from the Orlando airport but told us that we needed to be on time or call if any delays were expected. 15 min late, not a crime but definitely not helping the situation. Next, I was told by the driver that they don't do home drop offs and that they are only an airport to airport shuttle. Their website even says door to door! And then I proceeded to ask the driver, why do you have my address if you never intended on bringing us there? To put the icing on the cake, the driver then proceeded to say that we could have saved money by going to pre-determined drop off locations. That would of course imply that I paid more for a door to door drop off service that we were not in fact getting. Do not ever, ever, ever think about calling this company.
