We were thrilled to have Joline of Brevard Travel Service to help us plan our unforgettable Alaska…read moreadventure. Our incredible journey began in Anchorage and took us on an epic ride to Denali, Fairbanks, Valdez, Seward, and back to Anchorage. We embarked on three extraordinary riverboat day cruises, rode the rails on a train to Fairbanks, tried our hand at gold panning (actually found real gold), explored numerous museums, and soared through the glaciers in a Piper Navajo twin-engine plane (with the highlight of sitting in the co-pilot seat)! We also enjoyed a thrilling helicopter ride that landed us on the majestic glaciers in Valdez, where we got to walk on ancient ice. We had the privilege of dining at the historic home of the legendary Susan Butcher, a four-time Iditarod race champion, and even got to snuggle with her adorable pups-in-training. We marveled at the impressive Alaska pipeline up close and photographed an array of magnificent wild animals in their natural habitat. This once-in-a-lifetime adventure was truly a dream come true for Bill and me! Joline listened to our desires and coordinated all the complexities of the airline tickets, vouchers for the hotels, tour buses, train excursion, meals, gratuities and tour director in a single customized package. Don't bother shopping around, Brevard Travel Service is the "one stop shop" for your travel planning.

We had a few zoom meetings to get to know exactly what I was looking for in this trip. She organized the most amazing trip for us! I cannot recommend her enough. She is thorough, professional and always responds immediately. Her suggestions for hotels, tours and tour guides were spot on. The hotels were exactly what I was looking for. The tours made us feel like we really got a very good grasp of Portugal and it's beautiful sights. The tour guides were just amazing. Each one (in the various cities) was a wealth of information while still managing to be relatable, funny and kind. I highly recommend Cessy!!!!

We have used Orlando Airport Towncar for years going back and forth to Disney. Every year I know we…read morecan book the same transportation and expect the same high level of service. And it's honestly only maybe $20 more for a family of four one way vs. the Disney Shuttle/Mears, and you are taken directly to your hotel in a nice car. Why wouldn't I keep booking them? We initially chose them because they have free of charge car seats and booster seats upon request (and because I am not going to start my vacation waiting for a bus, then waiting on the bus while everyone else gets dropped before you). George has always picked us up at the luggage carousel and gets us where we need to be in an efficient and friendly manner. We used a different car service once, and we had to go looking for the driver because they were circling in the car (not parked and waiting). More stressful and I think it even cost more somehow? Even though my kid is technically old enough not to need a booster seat in Florida, she still small enough that she needs one for safety reasons, so I love that I don't have to think about it. We get to start our vacation off like VIPs in a quiet car, not smashed in yet another tiny seat with a million people after being on a plane all morning, or waiting in line for an uber. We love them and will never not book them!

From the get-go, George exemplified superior customer service. He was kind, responsive, and detailed. He reviewed our pickup and dropoff windows to make sure we planned accordingly for TSA, delays, etc., and this extra touch gave me great confidence in his company's abilities to provide top-notch service. Our arrival flight got delayed for 14 hours, and George was extra communicative throughout, texting and emailing that they were tracking our flight changes. When we finally landed the next day, exhausted and delirious after spending the night in the airport, his driver Erol was amazing, kind, and helpful in retrieving luggage. The Towncar itself was clean, comfortable, and the perfect reprieve after a harrowing day and night of traveling. George himself picked us up for the departing flight, 15 minutes early to boot. He was kind, helpful, and easy to talk to as well, just like Erol. I would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting the Orlando area. It can get pricey depending on the length of the trip you are booking, but the investment is worth the peace of mind, superior customer service, and pristine fleet of vehicles.
