We leave in 37 days and our flights are still not booked correctly. I am suppose to be flying from DFW, my sister and brother in law from Destin FL. She has us out of Orlando which is not where are supposed to fly from. I don't think she knows how to fix it, and NCL can't help because we went through an "agent" (which is far from what she really is) She doesn't have the correct FL mandated licenses to sell travel, so we have filed with the FL Dept. of Agriculture so they can go after her for that part. We are told to be patient, but, we have been dealing with the issues for a month now. It has taken away from the excitement of the upcoming trip. There are lots of good travel agents that deserve your business. Run, don't walk, away from this one. I would give her negative stars if that is an option.

From airport to hotel - excellent service From hotel to…read morecruise port - disappointing. Bus was late picking us up at the hotel. Then took an extremely long time to get out of the parking lot at the hotel, it was like it was his first time ever driving a bus, therefore getting to the cruise port late. Because of that we had to haul all our luggage threw the terminal to our rooms as porter service was no longer available. Two 70+ women trying to get on the ship before they closed the doors.....not a good experience by any means. From the cruise ship to the airport after the cruise - excellent service. Adding a second bus to get us to our terminal was wonderful. A++++++++++ On another note - this was our second time using this service. First time was flawless. We will be using this service again and hopefully flawless once again.
