Our driver Darren met us at baggage claim and helped us get our luggage and took us to the car which was parked very close by in a special area. Even though our flight took a long time to taxi and deplane, Darren was very professional and kind when we finally showed up. After a long travel day, it was a treat to be taken to our hotel near Port Canaveral this way. The next week, after our cruise was over, Darren picked us up at the port and took us back to the airport. We arranged for 10am pick up but when I texted Darren at 9:45am saying that we were off the ship, he responded that he was already in the area and was able to pick us up then. This guy should no longer be driving at all, let alone with passengers. This hunch I had that he wouldn't let me out was completely correct. My ride to Tampa airport was booked a few days before. Communication with Neil was difficult as he wanted flight numbers and other extraneous details. He called me the day before my ride seemingly confused and slurring. I was foolish to not immediately cancel and book Uber right then. Do not make the same mistake I did because it is just a matter of time before this man hurts someone. Neil arrived 15 minutes early at 5:45 am. I would have booked later if I knew he makes an unannounced habit of this, please see his other reviews. I was unable to finish my flight preparations and just quickly grabbed my stuff and rushed out. When I questioned our original booking time he responded defensively so I just stopped talking. After loading my bag I hopped in the car. It's older but in ok shape. Immediately I noticed the smell of incredibly strong cologne. It was suffocating. Neil forgot his credit card machine and had to manually enter my card while mumbling and cursing the whole time. Driving was initially spotty and made me really nervous right away. By Spring Hill he had me audibly gasping. He is not a safe driver. He missed a turn on Cortez and braked hard at a green then appeared to be considering a left from the center lane. The driving worsened as we continued. The lane indicator beeped incessantly as Neil crossed the yellow lane continuously. I was terrified. I texted my partner states away as I was anticipating being in an accident. By the time we got to Tampa International I was begging to be let out anywhere. Literally anywhere. Neil argued with me until I demanded to be let out. Now, hours later, I am sitting at my terminal being harassed by this man. He texted me to make excuses about his driving not long after I ran out of his car. I plan to contact the Citrus County Sheriff's Department as I now suspect that Neil was inebriated when he picked me up. Under no circumstances should you, or anyone you know, use this transportation service.

They tracked the delay the entire time, emailed me that they were tracking, and everything was flawless. We met the driver at the luggage carousel at 2.45 am, and he was pleasant and helpful.
