We had a scheduled ride out of Orlando Airport. We arrived late at night and established texting with the driver. Then he disappeared and I called their office and got no response. We ended having to rent a car. Unfortunately, they didn't have an explanation and they don't have any sort of way to deal with such emergencies. This is Vero's best Limo/party bus service! We took the bus to Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida for New Year's Eve and had a blast! When we got to Hard Rock we were almost disappointed! No one wanted leave the bus! Our driver was great, never felt like we were rushed and we got home super late, 3am! I just wanted to let you know that I was thoroughly disappointed with the way our return trip was handled. While I take responsibility for sending confirmation to your text message which had the wrong flight number and time, I do believe that you had information regarding our travel plans. I would have preferred that the trip be cancelled. At least I would have had the opportunity to have some input in the condition/quality of transportation. We ended up paying almost $1000.00 for "our error". We had a difficult time contacting the driver. My husband and I both approached the designated driver twice only to be told that he was not there to pick up our party. He had the name of the client "Kent C.......,". It took some time to get that sorted out. The condition of the van was deplorable. It smelt like an old cigarette dump. The smell of old cigarette smoke was nauseating. My family suffers from allergies and respiratory illness that is exacerbated by cigarette smoke. Also, we had two children in the car ages 17 months and 5 years old. We had to drive almost the entire journey with the windows open. Mid way through the journey the driver pulled over for gas. It was then that I noticed that he was driving on E... He put in just enough gas to get us home. We rode home for the rest of the journey with the gas gauge inching close to empty. This did not inspire confidence and added undue stress to an already uncomfortable ride. Both children were coughing by the time we got home and I am an experiencing a headache, itchy eyes and coughing. For this "accommodation", we had to pay an extra $295, In addition to the $600+ that had already been charged to my credit card. It was totally not worth it. It would have been better to cancel the trip than to provide that type of service. On a side note, once the driver recognized that we were his passengers, he was very courteous. read more

Beware of a "bait and switch" and watch your credit card given to co. Booked this Limo Servive 4 mo. in advance to include a 14 person stretch Limo for transporting the wedding party in late April, 2017, for a high end destination wedding . Firstly, though only to charge half my card up front and balance to be paid 4 mo.later, co. charged the full amount up front illegally and added the gratuity to boot. Became at their mercy. TLC sent a 1980's conversion van with a taped up back window instead of the 14 person stretch limo contracted and paid for. Bride and grooms wedding started off as a joke in front of dignitaries from Capitol Hill in D.C, other politicians , lawyers and judges from So. Fl. Bride and bride and groom seriously embarrassed. I've been the Pres. Of Chamber of Commerce President , et al of one of Florida's top beach destinations, Destin. Never would have happened there and shouldn't happen to any couple/ wedding party where event was first class and in this instance held at Vero Beach's top hotel and beach club with people from all over the country! read more
