I made the reservation in June I called and confirmed 11 July then I called last Monday to confirm -- they even had in the books my special request -- for a child seat.. --NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! I was so mad, but there was nothing I could do. I had to drive the kids there and then I came back all in the dark! I cannot describe how upset I was. Just thought you would want to know. When I called and talked to them this morning, he said it was not on the books and must've called some other number. I told him I had no other number that I had someone that referred me to him, and I told him that they had told me what my special request was last Monday when I called--so it was on the books. He said he looked. He said it's not on the books but he apologize for the miscommunication meaning I screwed up--not his business so that made it even worse.

Lisa contacted me the day before, was super pleasant and I was confident she would be there to pick us up. The pick up was seamless, Lisa's driving is superb, and she was delightful.
