The problem was our return flight. We were in contact with him up until we got in our seats for our return leg of the flight to Melbourne. His last response was, "Ok, thanks for the update. See you soon." As we were touching down in Melbourne, we received a text from him saying he sincerely apologized but was unable to pick us up because his previous passengers got in late and he was in the process of getting them home. This was 11:00 p.m. No alternate pick-up was suggested, nor did he indicate how late he might be. We would have been willing to wait. Consequently, we had to scramble to find someone to pick us up from the airport and take us home. We will never use Joe again, nor will we recommend him to anyone else. You just don't leave someone in the lurch like that. It was extremely stressful. Not to mention, unprofessional. That is not the way to run a business.

Looking at some of the other transport services, many had one or two star ratings overall. I even called one of them and it just felt sketchy! From the second I contacted Space Port, to when Cathy picked us up, and then dropped us off, Space Port was the way to go. Great communication throughout the whole process. Even a follow up call to ensure everything was on. I felt the price for four of us, seven suitcases, and a dog kennel was fairly priced. The sketchy place I called was cheaper, but I needed to be somewhere on time and on schedule. I had no problems with the cost. Cathy was absolute fantastic driver and I was pleased with the trip! I anticipated the company being a little late, you know "island time". NOT AT ALL. Showed up right on time, loaded us up, and off we were. The van and trailer were clean. The trip was smooth and uneventful! I've used other driving services out here on the space coast, but I probably should have been using Space Port all along.

There are tons of transport options from the port to/from the airport, but not as many from the port to Orlando. I did exhaustive research and Space Port Transport was the cheapest option. I'm happy to report that they also provide wonderful service, and I strongly recommend them for any port transportation needs. Two days before the end of our cruise I discovered that our ship debarkation time was one hour later than I had booked for the transport pickup time. I emailed from the ship asking to push the pickup time back, and received a reply within 15 minutes stating that it wouldn't be a problem. Thanks to their quick reply, I could go back to enjoying the cruise rather than worrying about debarkation day. The pickup and drive itself also went wonderfully. With a quick phone call once we exited the terminal, our driver arrived pick us up within a few minutes. Along the way she pointed she pointed out various 'local' bits of knowledge and helped the hour long drive pass by very quickly. Overall the entire experience was great and I'll definitely be using Space Port Transport on our next trip!

We were getting ready to turn off onto the Hwy 192 Melbourne exit in a long line of cars in the far right lane, all going just over 70 mph. I happened to look up in my rear-view mirror and at the very last second see this GGAH of a driver going well over 100 mph, zooming across all of the lanes, not using any particular lane - because at the speed he was driving and the amount of traffic, he couldn't stay in any one lane for more than a second or two - coming right at me from behind!!! I pulled hard right onto the shoulder and this GGAH missed our car by mere inches, then proceeded to jam on his brakes after narrowly avoiding impact with 3 other cars and then got jammed up behind an 18-wheeler in the middle lane, before finally crossing two lanes, and taking the same exit we all were. The traffic between the Palm Bay Road exits and the one for Hwy 192 was particularly heavy at that time, and all 3 lanes were pretty jammed up, especially around that last curve before 192. For ANY driver to be driving like that in that giant car with no control of his vehicle is a GGAH move, but for a transportation service to drive like such a complete and utter cunt (CAUC), that would put the lives of not just our entire family, but the lives of everyone around us at stake, makes this GGAH deserve to lose not only his license, but his company. Dear driver, kindly f*ck off, you GGAH. Dear owner of this business, if you weren't the driver of this car, you should find out who was and not only fire them, but sue the pants off of them for causing me to write this review. I suppose it's better than being taken to court for vehicular manslaughter, because ANY contact from that car with any other that day at such a high differential in speeds, would have resulted in a multiple-car accident from which there would have definitely been casualties, i.e. people. would. have. died. I cannot stress enough how much to avoid ever using this company, even if they are the very last company on earth, with the only working automobile, the only supply of gas, and the only ones allowed to use the roads. I would crawl over a mile of broken glass to NOT ever use this sh*tty excuse for a business. You would be better off trying to hitch a ride on a starving alligator, than try to arrive alive with this dipsh*t behind the wheel. If this review saves just one person's life, or saves one person from a lengthy hospital stay, then it will have been worth it. A CAUC, and GGAH such as this businesses' driver is, shouldn't even drive a virtual car in a video game. That's how bad he is. Hope that helps.
