I had a reservation for them (I had the name of John as the referral) to pick up the kids Sunday morning at 2:30 am to take them back to Sanford airport... I made the reservation in June I called and confirmed 11 July then I called last Monday to confirm -- they even had in the books my special request -- for a child seat.. --NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! I was so mad, but there was nothing I could do. I had to drive the kids there and then I came back all in the dark! I cannot describe how upset I was. Just thought you would want to know. When I called and talked to them this morning, he said it was not on the books and must've called some other number. I told him I had no other number that I had someone that referred me to him, and I told him that they had told me what my special request was last Monday when I called--so it was on the books. If I could give a negative -5 I would. My driver was texting while driving, there was no a/c, no mask, the vehicle smelled horrible even through my mask!!! He was coughing out the window and then proceeded to spit out his window, the car was not clean nor sanitized!!! And on top of all that he was LATE and I had to pay $40!!! read more

This company was hired to move 10 boxes for an elderly woman. When he picked up the boxes he left four of them out in the driveway. When we contacted them and explained nobody could move them and he should have taken it all, he became combative and rude. They refused to come back and pick up the rest of the items. Constantly late by half hour! Rude and mean to customers! Also matches customers with drivers by race. Will actually have a driver drive by to see ethnicity of customer. then tells customers the driver will be there in 6minuets when already 10 minuets late that becomes a half hour. Does not call and say they are late but has the time to send a driver to see the ethnicity and get a different driver which is why they run late. Reduces rate due to being late then tells costumer that he is giving the customer a deal due to location. The rate was reduced due to being a half late! read more

I cannot express how wonderful the staff and service was from black diamond. Very honest and very thorough. When my son missed his alarm to get to the airport for his brothers wedding the staff called me to get my son up and waited at the hotel over a half hour and then got him to the airport. They could have easily just given up and then my son would have missed his older brothers wedding. A big thanks to black diamond. I will always use them when in melbourne!!!!! read more

I was so disappointed in this company, and I had high hopes. I made a reservation online through their system for a 4:20am pickup to the airport. The system sent back an auto acknowledgement of 'success' in making the reservation. The taxi never showed. Thankfully, I read reviews ahead of time and was prepared to drive myself just in case this kind of thing happened. I so wish we had a dependable taxi service in the area. read more

I called a day ahead and made a reservation. The they didn't show up I called to ask if someone was coming to pick me up. They said they saw the reservation on the schedule put they had no one available. I was having a medical procedure and couldn't drive myself and since I didn't know they weren't coming I didn't even have time to make other arrangements. read more

Terrible customer service. Or it could just be this country area! The ride wasn't bad, it was the mistake that dissolved any decent thought I had about Palm Bay Florida! I was overcharged by $200...when the actual fare was only $25.65 I was being nice by giving the driver a $10 tip, which would have made my fare $35.65...Since my trust level is extremely low, I check my account to make sure it was processed correctly, and shockingly enough...$235.65 was charged! Of course, they claimed it was just a mistake....a $235.65 mistake. The problem with companies, and the reason they go out of business, is because no one proof checks there work, or they have a shop they are running out of a store front with one person claiming they are working. I give you one chance to prove yourself as a reputable company, just like this state gives you the right to work for state law! If I don't like you, you'll never be called again! read more
