Andy was our driver when we arrived at Orlando International Airport (MCO), transporting us to the Inn at Cocoa Beach. After our cruise, Ken was our driver from Port Canaveral back to MCO Airport. Having dependable transportation while traveling makes such a difference, especially when coordinating airport arrivals, cruise departures, and flights home. We truly appreciated having everything arranged for both portions of our trip. A special thank you to Andy and Ken for being part of our vacation experience! We would absolutely use this limousine service again when visiting the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for transportation between Orlando International Airport, Cocoa Beach, and Port Canaveral!

Geez she did not travel light. They were great with communicating and very upfront about costs, I was able to pay upfront and not worry about it. I did read the reviews only the downside I noted, was the are habitually late per reviews, and yes they were almost an hour late to pick her up, but did Keep her informed. Not their fault as they were picking up in Orlando and plane can be delayed so getting back to Melbourne isn't a quick trip. And they were squeezing us in the day before to their schedule, which was pretty full. Overall totally worth the price tag to know mom was in good hands.

Honestly, initially he came off a little rude BUT Frank knows the transportation business of to/from airport, to/from hotel, to/from cruise ship like the back of his hand. He asked all the questions I didn't think of, he gave all the information I didn't even know I needed, and he was very helpful. We were a total of 17 people (11 adults, 5 kids, 1 infant that needed a car seat and they provided, which you are required to set up yourself). They used two vans, one a family van and another nicer, bigger van. They picked us up from airport, dropped us off to hotel, picked us up from hotel the next day and dropped us off to port, picked us up from port a week later, dropped us off to hotel and then back to airport. In total we dealt with 4 different drivers, Frank included, and ALL were very nice. Communication was great throughout the entire experience. Calls and text to confirm and 3 out of the 4 pickups they were there early to pick us all up. The major hiccup however came when we got off the cruise ship. Frank called to confirm morning of that someone would be there holding a sign with my name and that she was there already waiting. We got off the ship earlier than our time and I walked up and down looking for our driver holding my name, there was no person. Looong story short it seems they used another company, Beach Line, to pick us up that morning in a shuttle but there was a miscommunication between the two companies and Beachline did not have us down for pick up so we had to wait until there was an opening. Overall we had to wait 2 hours to be picked up. Which wasn't great with 5 kids and a baby, sitting in the heat. Beachline wasn't apologetic at all and blamed Frank entirely for the issue. Frank was very apologetic. There was nothing we could do but wait. It wasn't a great situation, but in the end would I use them again? Yes. They're a small company, very helpful, friendly, and overall I was satisfied with their service.
