My first experience was for a cracked window replacement. The team arrived right on time and completed the entire job in about 15 minutes. Their professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy were immediately evident. It was fast, seamless, and stress free. The second project was far more extensive and showcased their craftsmanship on another level. They removed an outdated garden window and replaced it with a stunning new one, installed a sleek sliding glass door, and removed a large window to install a beautiful garden window measuring 6 feet wide by 3 feet high. Every step was handled with precision and care. Watching such a substantial window set perfectly into place was impressive. It required strength, coordination, and exact measurement, and they executed it flawlessly. They even repaired the siding afterward, leaving everything polished and clean. Joe, Jesse, and Frank worked like a perfectly tuned crew. Their communication, teamwork, and pride in their craft were obvious from start to finish. They maintained a positive attitude throughout and made what could have been a disruptive project feel smooth and even enjoyable. I also want to recognize Tahnie, the project manager. She coordinated everything beautifully and stayed in touch throughout the process. She was personable, attentive, and genuinely a pleasure to speak with. Her communication made the entire experience feel organized and reassuring. From small repairs to major installations, TN Glass Install LLC delivers exceptional results with integrity and professionalism. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Appreciate their quick response, whether they are able to help us or not remains to be seen.read more

I needed 5 huge windows and a couple of slider doors from the 60's replaced. I had bids from 5…read moredifferent places. All I had to do was read Eugene's mission statement on his website to know that this guy has integrity, and boy does he live up to his word! I knew that I had a dry rot issue in a few of the window frames, but decided to play dumb to see who of the 5 bidders would be honest with me. I even asked them if they saw any indication of rot (which was visually apparent). Eugene was the only person who brought it to my attention. That is how I knew he was the contactor for me. Everyone else lied and underbid to get the job. I have worked with a lot of contractors on my house, and they all disappointed. Eugene shined. From day one his communication, honesty, and integrity stood out. When it came time to remove the old windows, it was discovered that the dry rot was way worse than originally expected. He found a structural contractor and worked hand in hand with them. He was here every day making sure everything was going smoothly. The other window bids likely would have covered up the issues instead of calling to attention the structural integrity of the wall, knowing the safety issue that it posed and that it would extend the project timeframe. His crew. Oh my gosh, the nicest most respectful crew you will meet. They put in long days in the rain and cold to get the job done, were respectful of my property, and truly are the nicest of guys. Because of this outstanding work ethic and honesty, I just hired them back to replace another grouping of windows. They stumbled upon another little chunk of dry rot (ugh, old houses in the PNW!) and instead of covering it up, they took photos and replaced the sill to make everything sound and sturdy. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Go with Pacific Windows, you won't be disappointed!

Looking for a Christmas miracle? Well, FDC Glass just became my holiday hero! Picture this:…read moreshattered glass panes on my front door, a dozen contractors telling me "just replace the whole door" (aka "give us more money"), and me slowly losing hope faster than a snowman in July. Enter FDC Glass, cape flapping in the wind (okay, maybe not literally, but you get the vibe). Not only was their quote actually reasonable, but they didn't hit me with the classic contractor combo of upsells and surprise charges. They even sealed up my entrance while working on the door - no extra fee, no fuss, just good old-fashioned service. The result? My door looks fantastic, my wallet isn't crying, and I'm singing their praises louder than carolers in December. I've already told my HOA about them, and you bet I'll be calling them for my other properties. TL;DR: FDC Glass = Christmas miracle workers who actually fix what's broken instead of trying to sell you a whole new house. 10/10 would recommend!

Update: Since…read moreposting this review the company has continued to threaten me by emailing me directly. I understand the company disagrees with my review, but I was disappointed by the tone of their response and the implied pressure to remove it. Being told they would publicly respond and report the review to Yelp and Google if I didn't remove it felt unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating. Also in response to their comments below Thank you for confirming the exact root of the problem: you looked at a three-pane window, saw that only the middle section was currently foggy, and assumed I only wanted that single section replaced. As a professional window company, it was your responsibility to clearly state: "We see only the middle pane is failing, so this quote is strictly for one pane of glass, not the entire window unit you asked for." You didn't do that. You just wrote "1 glass replacement" on a quote for a "window replacement" request and expected a regular homeowner to know the technical difference. The fact remains: I asked for a window replacement. I provided a photo of the entire window. Other companies looked at the exact same information and managed to quote the entire three-pane unit for a price comparable to what you charged me for just the middle section. You can keep calling a customer's genuine financial frustration "deceptive" to protect your online rating, but your own responses show a complete lack of accountability. You made an assumption, failed to communicate it clearly upfront, and I had to pay the premium for it. Prospective clients can read this back-and-forth and decide for themselves if they want to risk dealing with a company that hides behind ambiguous quote terminology instead of practicing transparent communication. I am done repeating myself. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I recently had a foggy/failing window repaired that consisted of 3 separate sections. Unfortunately, due to some miscommunication during the quoting process, only the middle section was replaced. That was really frustrating because it made the overall cost much higher compared to other companies I had received quotes from. To their credit, they did offer to replace the remaining sections at a discount after I brought up the issue. However, even with the discount, the final price still ends up being significantly more expensive than competitors. Had everything been communicated more clearly upfront, I likely would have chosen a different company. The biggest issue for me was the lack of clarity during the quoting process. It felt misleading to realize afterward that the quote only covered one section instead of the full window I thought we had discussed. That said, I do want to give credit to the installation crew because they were excellent. They were respectful, worked quickly, kept everything clean, and did quality work. My frustration is mainly with the communication and quoting side of the experience, not the installers themselves.
