With that being said, I am confident about giving a high recommendation to Kinetico Water Systems by Basic Technology. Edward and Michael have always been professional, responsible and responsive! Also, the company superbly installed high quality copper (not pvc) pipes that other companies didn't match! All these factors were taken into consideration when we chose Basic Technology along with the price that their competitors couldn't match. Subsequent to the installation, we continue to experience Basic Technology's quality service and prompt response when we've had any questions or just follow-up. I highly recommend Kinetico Water Systems by Basic Technology. I wholeheartedly give them 5 stars!

No contract was signed, no deposit was paid, and no cancellation policy was discussed. After she declined services the morning of the appointment, the business responded with repeated calls after being asked to stop, abusive language, a voicemail threatening to come to her home, and a $500 "invoice" with no legal basis. What is the price of your health? You go on all these fancy diets and expensive gym memberships, but you aren't drinking purified water? I strongly advise anyone considering Alpine Perfect Water Technologies to do their research before…read moreletting their representatives into your home. Their business model relies on high-pressure sales tactics, extreme financial commitments, and trapping customers in an absurdly expensive maintenance ecosystem. Here are the facts of my experience: 1. The High-Pressure Sales Pitch: They come to your house offering a "water test." The goal of this demonstration is to make you panic about your tap water quality so they can justify selling you a system that costs upwards of $4,000. 2. The 10-Year Financing Trap: To make the massive $4,000+ price tag seem manageable on a monthly basis, they aggressively push you to sign a 10-year financing contract. Financing a residential water filter for a decade is completely unreasonable and is designed to lock you into long-term debt. 3. The Hidden Maintenance Costs: This is the most deceptive part. During the pitch, the true cost of maintenance is downplayed. Their systems use proprietary, imported "European" filters. Because the fittings are unique to their equipment, you cannot buy standard, affordable replacements at a hardware store or online. You are entirely dependent on Alpine Perfect for parts, and they charge a staggering $450 every time you need a filter change. To put this in perspective: you can buy a brand-new, top-tier, 5-stage Reverse Osmosis system online for $200, and a year's supply of standard replacement filters costs about $60.
