We have issues with our water at our brand new house. We initially went with a company (Sutter Filtration) who we were extremely disappointed in that did not help our situation and we were scammed by.. so we switched to Quality Water systems a few months ago and i'm sad to say that it is more of the same with them. Our water was extremely hard , full of iron , and left stains on all of our dishes,toilets,sinks, and was horrible water to shower with or drink. We went with Quality Water systems to fix the issues ... they put in new valves, cleaned the filters and added an expensive chemical to the water i can report that ... our water is STILL extremely hard, full of iron, and leaves stains on all of our appliances, dishes, toilets, sinks, and fixtures. Quality Water systems came over and sold us on his service that he said would be a long term solution and would guarantee we have clear/safe water running throughout the house. Since that initial service which was barely a few months ago there were multiple problems with it, and he wants to charge us $75 each time he comes back. We JUST purchased his services .. it is supposed to work ...if it doesn't work and has fails and faults within weeks of installation that is on him and the company ... not us ! He said he would be back to test the water and did not ... now the water is back to being horrible again and he wants to charge to come out here another time. I was also very disappointed in the customer service. Each time we've had to call him frustrated that what we have paid for is not working he treats it as a burden on him. When he is here to do the work he is NOT happy to do it and he acts bothered by what we have to say. I asked him to repeat something he told me to my husband and he sighed and complained that he had to say it all again. read more
