I honestly couldn't have had a better experience getting my car tinted here with Phong. It was such…read morean easy process and Phong was so knowledgeable. I read a lot of reviews about it being difficult to get in touch with anyone by phone so I made sure I called right at opening at 9am. I was able to get in touch with someone without any issues and made an appointment on a Saturday (which was about 2 weeks out from when I called). I arrive on time and Phong was already waiting for me. He explained the types of tints and the benefits of certain ones compared to others. I went for a darker tint because I had a white seat tesla and he said it usually looks like less of a tint due to the brightness of the seats inside the car. The entire process took about 3 hours and looked amazing! I am so happy with my tint. The tint is also completely insured if it starts to bubble or fade. What made this place over the top and deserve 5 stars it that Phong was so detailed with his install and went over top the with the job. I installed PPF and ceramic coating the week before but went a bit overboard on the ceramic coat especially on the glass. He was nice enough to even it out for me and take off the excess. He also gave me a bunch of tips on how to get some of the bubbles out of the PPF. He spent over 30 mins giving tips about my car and also doing a detailed inspection on stuff I didn't notice and ways to maintain everything. The service was amazing and also had such a small business and friendly feel which you don't get a lot of anymore now a days. 100% would come back. Highly recommend for any detail work you need. The price was also super fair.

Luis was the point man, asked if they could have someone short clean the rear window and side windows (tiny back seat area) - no problem. My car came around, got in line to drying. Saw Luis tell the lead about my request. When it was finished the interior was cleaned immaculately and all the windows were spot and smudge free - exterior glistened in the sun. Later, I found out their Mill Valley location charges just $29.99 for the exact same service -- a $60 difference because they were trying to drum up business at the other location. There is no way for me to confirm that this is the case. They initially offered a complimentary car wash, but when my car didn't pass the smog test, I was told to get it checked by a mechanic and come back. When I returned, the complimentary car wash had mysteriously disappeared from my dashboard. I brought this up with the manager and even offered to prove that their Mill Valley location charges $29.99. He agreed that if I could show him, he'd honor it with a replacement car wash. After confirming it himself, he backed out of his word, claiming the lower price was just to "drum up business." At the end of the day: - I overpaid by about $60 - Lost the complimentary car wash - Received no accountability or effort to make things right The manager was dismissive and didn't seem to care at all. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expect. I'd recommend going to their Mill Valley location instead -- or better yet, somewhere that values fairness and integrity.
