Walk in any time and there's typically no wait to be seen- maximum convenience! But definitely call ahead if you would like to request a male or female massage provider. The place is clean with tranquil ambience. Life hack: Use Google Translate on your phone in "Mandarin Chinese - simplified" to request a custom massage from your provider (e.g. to specify your preferences in pressure, technique, and your areas of concern. Oh... and don't forget to say please and thank you. Be gracious!) Smartphones typically come pre-installed with language translation apps, but I think Google Translate is more accurate than Apple Translate, just FYI. You can install Google Translate on an iPhone, like I did. However, most of the staff will give you a 10 out of 10 massage, with or without any special instructions. Occasionally you'll get someone with less skill, but it's still at least an 8 out of 10 massage. That doesn't phase me at all because I've found that when I spend MUCH more at the other local massage businesses, I get a 6 out of 10 massage, or worse. Screw that. She went above and beyond, working not only on my feet but also on my neck and back. I spend a lot of time hunched over a desk and don't get as much exercise as I should, and she immediately recognized where I was holding tension. She incorporated stretching and focused attention on those problem areas, and I left feeling absolutely amazing. If you pay cash, the one-hour foot massage is only $45--a fantastic value. I've paid a lot more elsewhere and received much less. If you're looking for a great reflexology spot in Santa Rosa, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!
