Alicia's massages helped me stay flexible and pain-free throughout the last trimester of my pregnancy. I had suffered low back pain during my first pregnancy that severely limited my activities. I believe the massages helped me completely avoid this pain during my second pregnancy. My husband and I now go to Alicia for massages every couple months.
