After a few nights I found the mattress was too hard on my hips, making recovery more challenging. The Sleep Shop said they could help with another mattress that would be more comfortable on my hips. Not only were they able to "manufacture" the new upgraded mattress, they also assembled a team to deliver it before end of day. Yes, it cost a little more for the upgrade, but it was worth the expense. My husband and I have only shopped WG&R since moving to WI years ago but after their clear lack of customer care, we'll no longer shop there in the future. Last summer we spent a significant amount at WG&R after the purchase of our new home. We were encouraged to purchase furniture insurance. Not even a year later we noticed the seam was separating on one of the cushions of the new couch. After an hour-long call, with the 3rd party insurance, we were told seam separation is not covered. We went back to WG&R who sent a service tech to our home to evaluate the tear and were told that it will be up to the manufacturer to decide who covers the repair. If we had to pay for a new cover, it would be ~ $40. Days later a text from WG&R customer service team said it would cost $120 to replace the cushion, and it its our responsibility. We asked WG&R to cover this cost because we paid $600 for furniture insurance pushed by the sales rep, emphasizing that it covers up to $14,000 in repairs. We were scammed for spending money on insurance to be told a poorly made couch cushion is on us to pay for the repair. We hoped WG&R would be in support of taking care of its customers. After back-and-forth texts with support, they treated it as a bargaining stage that WG&R will cover half, and we should cover the rest. WG&R clearly puts profit ahead of its customers. As it stands, we are not going to pay for a replacement. We'll keep the ugly hole in our couch cushion (that cannot be flipped to hide because it is angled) which will serve as a negative marketing piece for WG&R as people in our social network will be witness to the quality when they come over to visit. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.

Our end tables and coffee table are industrial farmhouse style and that was definitely a chore since she had none in stock. Definitely paid off to listen to her, because they do work well within the home and so sturdy. We may have over estimated on the size of dining table we needed but I don't care I love it and adds warmth to our kitchen . The only complaint I have is our mattress, we decided to opt for memory foam and bought some pretty durable and thick mattresses. We read the reviews on the brand and all were really good. The kids mattresses are wonderful and are still holding up like they just got them. Ours was absolutely great for at least the first 6months. Than both my husband and I would start waking up with a sore back or just couldn't get comfortable. I don't believe it's anyone's fault, but just a warning to maybe go with a hybrid mattress for us adults. Some had sturdier wood but the hardware didn't function so it was a fixed piece and a few others again had a sturdy wood but plastic pieces painted to look industrial and would break on showroom floor. Prices on the competitors was ridiculous $1200 for a lesser version of our coffee table. So shop around if you must. But definitely stop here and take advantage of their sales.

Sorry but the leather should not pealing off a chair unless it's cheap. Pay 1000 for a chair I don't think of as cheap. So beware befor you buy a leather chair from them.

I never had any intention of dredging up ancient history but then the Verlo rep wanted to call me a liar. I dropped the whole issue, now the store manager wants to call me a liar and makes claims about a conversation that management was never part of. So now management can either apologize for listening to a bad employee since I've published the real conversation or continue to stand by the employee when faced with proof of their employees customer service conduct.
