I have been a customer for years, have had several sessions and have always had a great experience. The nurses are super nice (especially Krysten!!), the clinic is very clean & the results are worth your money. Usually I have nothing bad to say, except I tried to call them through phone to reschedule my appointment in which I spoke with Nicole at this Escondido location who came off very rude, sarcastic and standoffish. I usually have a full body session in which it came to my attention that they are no longer allowed to do this. Usually I do up upper body and then they let the machine cool down for a bit and then do lower. If this is an issue then I don't understand why my last 6 sessions has been scheduled like this. I totally understand Nicole if you can't do this, and I don't want you to get in trouble but the customer service and sarcasm is completely unprofessional and makes me not want to come back as a loyal customer.
