Due to occasional dental challenges I've faced over my lifetime and after spending years searching…read more for a qualified dentist, my quest finally came to an end upon finding Dr Keyla Springe of Pacific Coast Dentistry in Paso Robles, Ca. Finally I have found my perfect dentist whose commitment to the highest level of dental science is obvious and unmatched in my experience. Her confidence and skill level is no doubt the result of her ever continuing education- to always stay on the cutting edge of treatment and technology. And her office reflects that commitment with the state of the art equipment she has enlisted to offer the most comprehensive and modern dental treatment available today. And if that isn't enough, that dedication is further reflected by her easy going nature, compassion and kindness which is mirrored by every one of her amazing and qualified staff-all lovely to deal with every time I'm in the office. In addition to all this, her promise to her patients is further proven by her willingness to even frequently make herself available on Saturdays if need be for emergencies. Nobody I have ever seen has ever agreed to do that for me.. A special shout out to her very smart office manager, Patrick who goes the extra mile to make sure any of my insurance claims are filed promptly and accurately to guarantee the quickest possible turn around on my direct reimbursements. He's the best- I cannot say enough about the difference Dr Springe has made in not only my life, but in the lives of my many family and friends that I've referred to her over the years. All fans of the amazing Dr Springe. The next time you're in the need for an expert dentist, do yourself a favor and call Pacific Coast Dentistry in Paso Robles. You won't be sorry...

My initial review of this office was very positive. I had been a patient elsewhere, and upon coming…read morehere, I was immediately impressed with the technology. Fast, non-invasive x-rays, the ability to fabricate crowns in-house, huge staff...felt like it was a step in the right direction. Fast forward to now, and I feel differently. I had one crown done, as a tooth had cracked. I was given a $1,000 estimate with the standard disclaimer that I'll be responsible for the actual amount. No problem, I know the drill, as I have had dental work done in the past. The problem was their "estimate" was 100% off, and now I'm being asked to pay $2,000 for a crown that was supposed to be $1,000. From my perspective, if my job was to deal with insurance companies on a daily basis and I had hundreds of patients and thousands of EOBs, I should be able to get closer than being half-way to the actual price. I can't help but feel like I was taken advantage of. Had I known the actual price, I likely would have shopped around and had the work done elsewhere. On my next cleaning visit, the dentist told me I needed something like 6 or 7 MORE crowns. How many of those are medically necessary, and how many are to add billable income, since they cost so much more than insurance covers, AND can be done in-house?
