It was extremely rough and more painful than anything I've experienced before. My gums were left irritated and bleeding way more than what's normal for a routine cleaning. I know there is discomfort and yea I don't floss every day, I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and nothing compared to this visit. I usually go to brightwood dental in Atascadero but recently my insurance changed and iv paid out of pocket to come to Paso Robles dental before and thought it was great besides this visit There was also no real patient care. No check ins, no communication.. nothing. At one point I had saliva/water running down my face down to my neck and the hygienist didn't do anything until I was trying to stop her so I can clean it myself, then she proceeded to give me this 2x2 piece of gauze that was clearly not enough for the amount of spit that I had come up . That alone says a lot about the level of attention here. The biggest issue is the cleaning didn't even feel finished. The backs of my teeth didn't feel cleaned, and there was no mirror check or any effort to confirm the job was done properly. For $199, this felt rushed and low quality. I won't be back. If you're paying out of pocket, I'd think twice before coming here. I was going to book an appointment after this one to do their teeth whitening package but after this experience i will be going elsewhere. I attached a picture for reference of the back of my teeth so sorry if the quality is off and gross but you can clearly see the back wasn't even touched!!

Esta fue la segunda señal de alerta, dijo que necesitaba 100% una corona y podría necesitar un tratamiento de conducto, pero querían que pagara por adelantado un mes por un procedimiento dental que podría necesitar. El dentista me dijo esto el 1 de noviembre de 2024, desde entonces me he hecho radiografías y controles dentales en 2 consultorios dentales diferentes. First red flag started off by saying a 3 year old filling I had was over 20 years old, said it needed a root canal and crown. In total the dentist said I needed $11,000 in crowns and root canals, on 8 different teeth. I was about to start scheduling appointments until they said I had to pay a month in advance for a crown and possibly root canal. This was the second red flag, he said I 100% need a crown and might need a root canal but they wanted me to pay upfront a month in advance for a dental procedure I might need? I have had some pretty major dental work in the last 20 years but always pay the day of the appointment. The dentist told me this on 11/1/2024, since then I have gotten X-rays and dental checkups from 2 different dentist offices. I showed both the plan that this dentist had for me, one said I didn't need anything and one said I only needed a night guard. Do not trust this dentist!!! He is a criminal and I will be reporting him to the Dental Board of California
