I never thought I'd write a review on loving a dentist office but here I am. Dr. Moore, Dr. Wood and the staff making going to the dentist easy! They are professional and welcoming. Dr. Moore is quick and efficient! He seriously makes having dental work a painless task. I trust him and his work rather rather and always feel very well taken care of! Dr. Wood removed my wisdom teeth and called to check on me over the weekend which to me was above and beyond! It certainly showed that he cares for his clients and wants to ensure our comfort. I didn't go here by choice, I went by chance. I am from out of town and had an emergency, I chipped my tooth on vacation. I called many dentists in the area and they were all booked. This office was also booked but Jody took sympathy on me and somehow managed to squeeze me in even though I wasn't a patient of theirs. Dr. Wood was AMAZING and fixed my chipped tooth right up and you wouldn't even know which tooth was ever chipped. I have much gratitude for the great work and kindness I was given. I've been treating with Dr. Moore for about 5 years now. Like my career, I have a very long track record with dentists, optometrists and hairdressers. When I find a good one, I stick with them. I left my prior dentist after almost 15 years because I have good teeth, but the first time I had a problem, I felt like he was trying to "upsell" me treatment (if that is even possible). Thankfully, I don't get that here. In fact, they even sold me a Water Pic at their cost. I've had a few hygienists and they are all good. I'm really particular and not afraid to ask them to scrape a stain out if I see one and they don't seem to mind. The front office does run a tight ship to keep everyone on schedule, which is cool because you never have to wait. read more

I had no pain when I went in I had 2 crowns done and had pain only after his work was done. He reground my tooth which made it better. 6 months later the same tooth is hurting again. Also the material used for the crowns feels different in my mouth than my other teeth. I had another dentist in LA that I did not have those problems with. I did not notice a difference in texture with the crowns done by him. read more

Love this place! Receptionist are very friendly and attentive from the moment you walk in the door, I had been getting regular teeth cleanings and came to find out my wisdom teeth were coming in and needed to be removed, Dr. Wood talked me through it and I decided to commit, Although my personal experience was pretty painful, they kept close and even followed up with me regularly. Dr. Wood was very informative and kept pretty persistent contact to make sure I was doing all right. As of now I'm all healed up and doing just fine. I appreciate the extra step this dentistry took to make sure I was okay. I strongly recommend stopping here if you're looking for a new dentist! read more

Came in for an emergency tooth repair. The staff was SUPER accommodating, and the repair was so good you literally can not tell it from the real tooth. Being my front tooth, it's a big deal and if it's not perfect people notice. His repair was 100% flawless. will go nowhere else ever again. read more

I called the office because It was highly recommended to me by a family member of mine. I explained that while living in Paso I haven't gotten a new dentist yet and I was trying to establish one. The receptionist told me they were accepting new patients but it would take 3 months for an appointment. No big deal. Except, as I explained to the receptionist, I had a filling fall out and a piece of my tooth chip off so I needed an emergency appointment because I am in a lot of pain. She said they don't do emergency appointments unless you are already a patient and she had nowhere to schedule me in. Her solution was to schedule an appointment for me 3 months later, after I told her it hurt just to breathe in as the area is highly sensitive. If you don't have anywhere to schedule an emergency appointment how are they available to already established patients? I would have loved to be a patient at this practice but it seems they don't want or need new patients. Highly disappointed and still in pain. read more
