I had a meeting with another plastic surgeon in Del mar, California. His estimate was startling and well beyond what I could afford. I then went to see Dr. Lichtenberger and he explained to me that I didn't need to undergo unnecessary procedures to get what I was looking for. Instead, he felt that I could attain a natural look and that's exactly what he did for me at a reasonable cost. The office staff at Life Aesthetic Center, including Erin, Debbie and Dana, made me feel so much at home and so comfortable while undergoing the initial consultation, the preoperative appointment and finally the procedure and follow-up appointments, putting me at ease with lots of great information. Dr. Lichtenberger is one of the most sincere, patient and truly caring people I have ever met. He is an outstanding listener, and I never felt like I was asking a stupid question. Despite my nervousness prior to the procedures, he said that was normal and on the day of my procedures, he put me at ease the entire time. His surgical staff was also top-notch and I am grateful to them as well. We here in Bellingham are extremely fortunate to have Dr. Lichtenberger in our community. You also need a $100 consultation appointment that does NOT go towards the actual appointment which you will need to schedule for a different day. I have never heard of a consult fee not going towards the actual appointment and needing to come on a completely different day to get basic neurotoxin, which takes all of 10 minutes max. I'll be going elsewhere for my Dysport (a neurotoxin, not Botox) thank you

It can be hard to find street parking in front of his office, but there is a small parking lot behind the building (off the back lane) that usually has a visitor spot available (in my limited experience). His in-office appointments were about 30 minutes behind both times I went so probably a good idea to phone first to see if he's on time.

This is a busy place but I feel Like the staff handles it well. It's a good atmosphere and the staff seem to get along well which makes the experience better. I was in and out quickly enough for both. Longer wait for the free test which is understandable. A note about parking - there's construction all around the clinic right now. There's a parking lot east of the clinic. It's $7.50 for the hour.

My primary physician retired in 2021 and since then I have been passed onto 7 Drs. The most recent lasted for 6 months, then went to another clinic, where she stayed for 6 weeks and then moved to White Rock. I never asked to be transferred with her and didn't want to be transferred with her however it appears they forwarded prescriptions, test results etc to her without asking me. Upon leaving her 2nd clinic, she advised her patients that there was a new Dr. at Seymour Health that agreed to take patients that she had seen from that clinic. Apparently, that is not the case!!! Upon calling the clinic I was told they had not approved that message and I'd have to come in through the walk-in clinic, assuming my records did not get sent away to a clinic where I never wanted or intended them to be. Can't express my extreme disappointment enough.
