I stopped in at FYI doctors in Sardis to ask if they could fix them or direct me who could help. The staff was friendly and kind, they happily took the sunglasses and worked on them, three staff each looked at them to ensure the best service and quality of work. I was super excited to put them back on my face and have them fit even better than before I sat on them. I asked how much, fully expecting to pay for their time and service. No charge, they said. A great experience, glasses fixed, kind staff and no charge! I will be back!!

At first, they were nice, when I got my son's glasses there. For my glasses, we discussed additional features such as anti-glare and shading in sunlight .I told them I would check if I was covered for that, however they made the glasses before I received a reply from my provider. Since the glasses were already nearly half paid for, I agreed to pay the cost over and above though the mistake was not my own. After submitting a payment mid-month in February, I informed them I would be back mid-month (20th) with another payment and would pay the full remainder early April. They phoned once, Feb18th when I was out and by Feb19th, I received a letter threatening to "send the glasses back" and that I had failed to keep my contract. Does this seem fair to you? In my defense I pay all my bills and have no debts save a few hundred to my dentist being paid monthly. I feel that FYi in Sardis treated me horribly, though not in person when I paid in full and picked up my glasses on Feb20th. Too bad, the Optometrist there is very good and I liked the staff but "the management" needs adjustment. Now I will not go back.

The Dr. gave me more information about my eyes than I have ever been given. I am in my 50s and have worn glasses since kindergarten. Katherine helped me pick the frames and gave me specific reasons why the frames I picked suited my face shape and how they should sit on my face. I highly recommend anyone needing glasses to go to Crystal Vision.

I've been going to the Optical Dept. in the Real Canadian Superstore in Abbotsford for quite a few…read moreyears, and have always been happy with their service. In October I had to have my eyes examined and decided to use the Optometrist from Vision West Doctors of Optometry, who come in a couple of days a week to do eye testing. After getting my new glasses I couldn't see properly with them and went back and asked to have my eyes examined again. I thought that the prescription was wrong so I asked to be retested. A second Doctor retested my eyes and gave me a slightly different prescription. After having to change both frame and lenses, because the progressive lenses I had chosen didn't fit the frames, I was still having trouble seeing. I went to my Ophthalmologist , who tested my eyes and said that the new glasses were not good, and the prescription was way off. He suggested I go to another Optometrist. The new Optometrist didn't want to see the results of the previous tests until after he had tested my eyes. After testing, he also said that the first two Optometrists were wrong and that they had not factored in the astigmatism I have. Both my Ophthalmologist 's and Optometrist's prescriptions were the same. I wanted to return the glasses I just bought in November, and buy new ones at the new Optometrist's. I took my new prescription along with the two previous ones for comparison back to Superstore, and showed them. I was told I couldn't return the glasses and get a refund, but they would redo new lenses with the new prescription. As a senior, I cannot afford to just throw away these glasses, and buy a new pair from the new Optometrist. So I'm having the new lenses made at Superstore, and hopefully I'll be able to see properly again when I get them. I just can't understand how supposedly accredited Optometrists couldn't have detected my astigmatism in the first place. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND VISION WEST DOCTORS OF OPTOMETRY!!!
