It seems there was a misunderstanding about whether the "copper" tiles were copper material or merely copper color. She has agreed to refund my purchase price and I want to amend my earlier post. All of us, even with good intentions, make mistakes. A fair way of judging a business or person is not whether they make mistakes (we all do), but on how they handle those mistakes. Judged by that standard, Mission Stone and Tile has conducted itself professionally and honorably in resolving my prior complaint.

In the tile description they forgot to inform the consumer that it's a hand made tile with SLIGHT irregularities. Well my tile installer tried to install the tile on two separate occasions and couldn't get the tile/grout lines to line up straight. The patterned makes me dizzy just looking at it. Never would I have imagined that such a great looking tile would turn out to be such a disaster. And the SAD thing is Mission Stone Tile won't take the tile back. I'm out $500 for the tile and another $500 for tile for installation ($1000), and have nothing to show for it....BAD business model for the customer!!
