Septic leak in backyard......I had quotes from other BIG NAME companies. I found Rick by accident…read morethrough my wife. He came out and gave me 2 estimates, the best and worst-case scenarios. Thank God it was the lesser of the 2 evils and he had the septic repair done by the time I picked my daughter up from school. Compared to the quotes I was given he saved my 1000's of dollars....I highly recommend him to anyone in Chattanooga .... because of his promptness and great efficiency in repairing!!!....100% my choice!!!! I called this company because I was nervous that my septic tank was leaking. It was Memorial Day…read moreweekend and Rick answered. He said I'll come by Tuesday and see what you are talking about. I thought the ground was wet and I could smell urine in one of my bathrooms. He came by to review and said that everything is fine. The softness in my ground is ground squirrels, however, the system looks great. I was so relieved. When he was leaving, I asked about how much I owed him for the visit. He said just give me business going forward. I was so surprised and just pleased that this guy is so honest and fair...trust me....he WILL get my business going forward
