Although I have an extended warranty contract on this appliance, multiple visits from their service people failed to diagnose, let alone fix, the problem. Despite being very busy and my not being a customer, they took the time to listen to my problem and recommended an appliance repair company they felt was best suited to fix the problem. Long story short, their recommendation resulted in the refrigerator being fixed within 24 hours. When I'm next in the market for any new appliance, I will definitely buy from AllSouth.

Today my mom reported that a technician named David came to their house and in less than 5 minutes discovered that they did not understand how to light the pilot light. The gas logs are new to them. He helped them change the batteries to the remote and explained how to maintain the logs. Not only was he on time and polite, he didn't even charge them for the service call. I am extremely grateful and highly recommend them based on this great experience.

Jaylen was not a pushy salesman at all. He answered all our questions and then gave us time to think and look around. They have multiple brand names of smokers and grills, including Blackstone, Oklahoma Joe's, and Char Broil. Lots of accessories! Problem was that the construction guys needed the grill on site that same day for measurement purposes. After searching online for local companies that sell high quality grills, I came across Kettle and Grates. Spent 30 minutes reviewing the K&G website and then called Tony for advice. We decided on a grill, Tony took my credit card information over the phone, and he delivered the grill a couple of hours later... just in time for the crew. Just fantastic service.
