I had the blackberry salmon with lemon couscous and it was perfect. My son enjoyed the filet and twice baked mashed potatoes. His Gf enjoyed the vegetable pasta and added chicken. The bread was ok but nothing special. The lemon blueberry cheesecake was some of the best we've had. The S'mores dessert had a marshmallow topping that was a very weird texture snd we probably would not order it again. Pomegranate gimlet was very good. Our experience was so good I would go back again tomorrow as their menu has so many options. Street parking.

Aaron was so kind and helpful while planning our reception. All of the food was amazing, especially the Mac-n-cheese! Our guests have been telling us for weeks how good all the food was! The food was there on time, they set it up, the staff did a great job manning the buffet, and they packed up the leftovers when dinner was done! Out of all the places we taste-tested, Blue Barn BBQ was our favorite, and very affordable! It just so happened to work out that our favorite place was also the cheapest. The food did not taste or look cheap at all though! The quality of food for the price was super! They give a great portion of food, we had plenty of leftovers even after all our guests were full! We would highly recommend Blue Barn BBQ to anyone, especially if you're looking to cater for a large group! We will definitely be stopping by again the next time we're in town!!

I was really happy to be listening to Kolohe Kai and eating actual poke despite the snow on the ground outside. This has been one of the few places in the Midwest where I can get ACTUAL poke (Bobby's words, "I try to make um like Foodland"), and not whatever weird Chipotle-bowl situation the mainland seems to think poke is. I found everything I came in for which shocked me. I originally thought I would have to order online. Huge selection of protein powder which included the Garden of Life brand which in my humble opinion is the best protein powder on the market. I was able to pickup Hawaiian spiralina and barley grass powder both hard to find locally. They also had some of the best prices on large bags of nutritional yeast. As for the produce, I thought it was a little pricey but good selection of organically grown items. In found a lot of great healthy snack options in the middle aisles such as kale chips, sea weed sheets and nuts. Their natural personal care products selection had a good variety to choose from as did the supplements section. This store reminded me of Sprouts Farmers Market only with a much smaller produce department. Customer service was awesome. They do have some boxes but best to bring your own bags.
