James was my technician, and he arrived on time and was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. I was so impressed with how efficient the service was and, most importantly, how great the carpets looked afterward. They looked brand new! I highly recommend EcoClean and will definitely use them again in the future for my carpet cleaning needs.

If I could give EcoClean zero stars, I would. We hired them for basement mitigation and…read morereconstruction, and the experience was a nightmare. They heavily overbilled the drying phase, using most of our insurance budget and leaving very little for reconstruction. We also later learned they subcontract the construction work to outside companies with little verifiable history. After the drying was completed, we had a concerning issue in the basement and reached out repeatedly with no response. Communication and progress essentially stopped, leaving our basement unfinished for months. I will not be using EcoClean for the rebuild and would not recommend them.

I called SN Cleaning to inquire about the price of having four dining room chairs cleaned. A young…read morelady answered my call and told me it would be $168 for the service. I thought that was very reasonable because I'd been given the exact same quote by Chicago Couch Cleaning. However, CCC stated that there was a minimum $300 fee, so I should have something else cleaned as well. That was a no-go, so I called SN Cleaning. Why would I pay $300 when the actual service I wanted only cost $168?? That makes no sense. Also, Chicago Couch Cleaning uses an AI assistant to book their appointments. Sure, ruin the planet so you can save money by not hiring an actual person! So, that was another strike for me. The young lady who took my appointment with SN Cleaning was professional and polite, which is important to me. I called SN Cleaning on a Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for Thursday morning. Dimitri came out and apologized for being a tad late. He was polite and respectful. I live in a condo, so he explained that he'd have to clean my chairs in the entryway of my building because the equipment was too heavy and cumbersome to carry up multiple flights of stairs. He carried the chairs down quickly without a problem and got to work. He cleaned the chairs within thirty minutes. They looked fantastic when he was done. He said they'd take 4-6 hours to dry and that I'd see the results better once the chairs were completely dry. The chairs are clean and look much better than before. I've had the chairs for seven years and this is the first time they've been professionally cleaned, so I certainly didn't expect a miracle. They're not perfect but I wasn't expecting perfection. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the results. I will definitely call SN Cleaning again in the future.
