Tried to use 3 seams in places we will sit everyday and told me it was structural. I've had 2 other providers since confirm that was a lie. They clearly used remnant pieces hoping we wouldn't notice. For the grand finale, they damaged my brand new cabinets trying to install their product that ultimately wasn't even cut correctly after all. The sink was off and they rammed my cabinet door trying to shove it in. 2 nice gauges I get to look at everyday. Of course, they haven't responded to me about this. I asked for a refund, which was agreed upon, but have still yet to receive anything. Hoping to save someone else this disappointment.

We had a great experience working with Ross and Jacks on several landscaping and drainage projects…read morearound our home. They connected our downspouts directly to the underground drainage system, installed walkways along both sides of the house, and completed new landscaping in our front yard, including a separate tree and planting area. The finished work looks great and has made the property much more appealing and functional. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. They surprised us by replacing a dead section of our lawn with sod from another area, spray-painted new piping to match our existing downspouts, and identified an underground drainage issue that was affecting our sump-pump discharge. Because other work was already underway, they offered practical, low-cost options for correcting the problem. The team was thoughtful, resourceful, and clearly took pride in doing the job correctly. We would definitely recommend Ross and Jacks to anyone looking for landscaping, hardscaping, or drainage work in the western Chicago suburbs.

Our designers Rob Ostap and Warren Salihar were very helpful and decisive in their recommendations for our new kitchen layout. Rob had also dealt with my appliance company Novak and Parker with all the high end custom appliances, and gave guidance as to which appliances worked well in the inset applications as well as paneled applications. The finished product truly speaks for itself, and we are looking at potentially being featured on Houzz. Thank you for all your help and guidance through the design and build process. We are incredibly grateful to you and your team and look forward to future projects together.

We had almost ordered from a supplier selling Bertch, then my mother informed me that JCC made her cabinets (in 1980) for the house I grew up in. Although my mom doesn't live in that house anymore, a friend of mine does. While those cabinets are dated in their look from 1980 vs. today, they still look beautiful and have held up nicely. I started working with Warren, and it was a great experience. He had many ideas on how to maximize storage space. The finish and wood species choices were plentiful. Our project was significantly smaller than what Warren and JCC are used to and capable of handling, I always felt like an important and valued customer for them. We had an issue with our contractor who did a disappearing act on us, after our cabinets were ordered. JCC was helpful in recommending an a contractor who worked out wonderfully. So good that we ended up remodeling part of our kitchen (with JCC cabinets of course) and also we purchased closet organizers for our master closet. I wish every dealing with a remodeling experience went this well. :)
