Cooked perfectly, well seasoned and a great dipping sauce to accompany it along with a generous serve. The smoked trout had crispy shallots that paired well with the betel leaves but there was only so much I could eat. Whereas the chicken curry on rice had a great flavour and easy to get more with all the lovely veggies. Their version of the mojito was super refreshing and could have easily ordered another, sat and people watched if we didn't have plans. Served with the usual suspects- rice noodles, beanshoots, lime, fresh chilli, mint and of course, thin sliced of beef (served raw but given I had to drive 10 minutes home was actually cooked sitting atop the rice noodles). Everything about the meal was exactly what I had been craving. The red chillies were insanely hot (or Edinburgh has weakened me) so my tip would be not to big down a whole slice.
