My cheeseburger was cooked perfectly, nice and juicy with lots of pickles and the right amount of ketchup and mustard to suit any American palette. The bun was soft with sesame seeds but a bit larger than the burger itself so there was some leftover. Overall taste was great. My side of chips came a few minutes after my burger was served, so they could work on timing for the meal. I noticed the same for another customer. Hot chips had a light dusting of herbs and were just the right consistency and amount. Sauces are extra and I went with an aioli vs the really hot sauce that was advertised. I could see myself going back and trying another burger, perhaps even the onion rings and a shake. The menu also includes a vegetarian option.

The best part of the dish ... the pinkish looking chicken placed on top. Such a waste of a heritage building.
