This place has horrible customer service. The people answering the phone are rude and disrespectful. Despite being treated unfairly i still ordered and once i got home i noticed my ENTIRE order was wrong and the food was old as hell. I ordered using the Slice App on my phone and got a confirmation that my food would be delivered in an hour. (Longer than the advertised 30-45 minutes). When an hour and 15 minutes had passed, I called only have them put the phone down, where I listened for 5 minutes as an employee spoke with another customer about her delivery order, while also arguing with the delivery driver on another phone. When another employee finally picked up my call, I explained that I was checking on the status of my delivery. He said that it was on the way and would be here in "a few minutes." When I asked him what time the driver left with my order, he proceeded to talk with his co-worker. That person came on the line and told me that they could see my order in the system, but it had never been processed. He offered to make it then, I told him I just wanted a refund. At this point he told me that he could not provide me with a refund, and I would need to contact the Slice App number to request a refund. Horrible way to do business. read more

Worst burgers ever. I felt like I was eating a mushy, semi hard, piece of cardboard that was soaked in water with 100 pounds of charcoal, and left out in the sun for months. The buns felt hard and honestly, cardboard is easier to chew. Not to mention the bland lettuce that looked like it had been sitting in the fridge for decades. Also, the fries had no flavor. The "garlic breadsticks" looked like they were prepared by a 2 year old and honestly, Helen Keller could prepare/season them better. I would give this negative stars I could. My boyfriend lives in PA but he knows how to make me happy - an order of the Da Vinci pasta and the fried ravioli - perfection. The Da Vinci has an amazing alfredo sauce with a little kick to it, shrimp, chicken, and sausage best pasta I've ver had. The cheese inside the fried ravioli and the batter on top are so flavorful! I want to venture out and try more things on the menu, but these two have just been so good, I can't bring myself to turn away from them. I have tried the fried cheesecake bites. I had a terrible experience with the Steak Plus Pizza located in Antioch, TN. The steaks were ordered as medium and medium well. Someone in our group has a shellfish allergy and was informed the first time that they would use the opposite side of the grill as not to have reaction. Once we received them they were tough and incorrectly cooked. They said they would only replace the steak not the baked potato or salads. So I will have to eat the screwed up steak to have my meal or eat the potato(which will be cold by the time the correct steak arrives) and salad then wait 45 minutes to get my corrected steak. I contacted the store and was treated very rudely. I was told the person I was speaking to the first time was the manager then I was told they were the owner. I was given a million excuses as to why it was wrong. When i gave them the corrected order and reminded them of the allergy they said they could not do anything about it. Why tell us you can correctly cook it to avoid allergy then next time say differently? I was treated poorly and called a liar since my order was put in a different way. It's bad business. Once the delivery came I asked the man if the owner or manager was whom I had talked to earlier. The driver told me no. So they have an employee that lies and hurts their business. The food is average at best, almost always cold by the time it arrives (we're only about 7 min away), and usually made wrong. The lunch special pricing is good, but don't ever expect to get breadsticks with the "salad and breadsticks" meal. They're 0 for 5 on my coworker's orders. Every other restaurant in this vicinity has done a horrendous job at delivery. Even Domino's likes to take an hour and a half to deliver a tasteless cold pizza pie, but these guys have never failed me once in roughly 2 years of ordering from them. They say 45 minutes and the food ALWAYS gets here in 45 minutes or less. Hot like it was just made too. Some of their food is kind of hit and miss, but that's due to their pretty ridiculously big menu. Do not order fish and chips from them, but their pasta, chicken wings, burgers and pizzas are always top notch. I would honestly give them 4 stars if there were other good reliable restaurants in the vicinity, but compared to the rest these guys are a gift sent from heaven. My only advice would be to shorten up the menu so they stick to the stuff they know how to make, and quit selling lame attempts at what's totally alien to them. read more

My husband likes the calzones from this place, which are pretty decent. We ordered one tonight. When it got here it was a pizza instead of a calzone. We noticed before the pizza guy left so my husband went out to talk to him. He said he didn't here calzone when we placed the order. Do not order from this location. The owner of this location has been extremely rude! I called and ordered the 14oz. steak tips. I called back after I ordered to insure that they included steak sauce with my order. At this time, the owner became extremely rude saying, "You get 3. That's all! If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." I promptly told him to cancel my order. 40 minutes later, a delivery driver arrived at my doorstep demanding that I pay for this food. I tried to explain to the delivery driver that I cancelled my order 35 minutes ago. Not sure he understood what I was saying, so I wrote on the receipt, "CANCELLED" and shut my door. 5 minutes later, another driver knocked on my door demanding that I pay for the food. I have been comming here for years and moved away, came back and had ordered from here again tonight, and I have always had excellent experience! The food is the best fresh food ever. Every single time my steak is perfect and soft and it's actually meat and not fat. I'm in love with the t-bone steak, which comes with a side salad, 2 bread sticks, and a side of ur choice, I always order the baked potato. I sware there steak is better than all the site down resturants downtown. Always an excellent cut of meat and excellent cook. Also the chocolate cake is to die for!! It has an outer chocolate that is like founde is hardens a little and the cake is so soft. On top of that they deliver, and for my baked potatoes they ALWAYS send me a pack of butter, sour cream, ranch for my salad, a fork a knife, napkins. Most places forget and every single time my order is correct with tons of condiments. Another plus they stay open to 2am on Friday nights !!! The man who drops off is always very very polite and my food is always perfectly placed and we'll handled. It's never been tipped over I know who drives is careful in not spilling my food.theres no smudge marks on plastic. This establishment deserves no rating at all!!!! We have ordered from here a couple of times from my job but tonight was the last straw. We eat lunch at 7:30PM,called and ordered at 6:20PM and they said our food would arrive by 7:30. The food arrived at 7:55PM therefore we had 5 minutes to eat. This is really one of best take out/deliverly food in greater Nashville Area. The food is very good, generous portions, can be a little pricy-but it in my opinion is worth it. They rarely get the order wrong, and when do go out of their way to correct the situations, Every delivery person I have dealt with is great and I have been using them about 4 years now. It is a shame that more people do not know about this place. I love this place. Very friendly staff on phone and delivery, never have been to the store. Got a flyer when I first moved in the area and I thought I would try it, and I am glad I did. The deliver rain, sun, snow, heavy traffice and I just this it is great. I ordered steak tips, fries, and a salad through GrubHub for delivery. Quick and easy! The order arrived about ten minutes earlier than they stated, which was fantastic. The food was AMAZING!!!!! The tips were cooked perfectly, the fries were still nice and crispy, (which surprised me for delivery), and the salad was the freshest crispy salad I have ever had delivered! Now they are 5.99 for those same exact wings, and of course the bigger portion prices were also increased. Raising prices without raising the quality of the meal. I am staying at the Econolodge hotel and order a T-bone steak to be delivered to my room. They sent the food but didn't sent any utensils. When I called back to complain the person that answer the phone said that they're out of utensils and that they're not responsible for bringing any utensils with the food and when I asked for them to take the food back he said they never refund anybody and after I complained a little more he told me to Go F*** myself. Someone introduced me to this place & the food was okay. I continued to go there & my orders over time tasted a little better. The wait is a little extensive but they do have a lot of choices. The staff isn't too friendly & another employee in there at the time asked me to be quiet in a rude manner with the person whom I was talking to when my voice wasn't even protruding. I work in fast food & something like that can be easily handled in a more pleasant matter. I ordered delivery another time & I told them exactly what I wanted on my personal pizza & when it arrived was not at all what I wanted and contained ingredients in which I did not ask for. I called back & they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do about it. They didn't offer to fix it and when I asked for another topping (which I had mentioned when I ordered) said they couldn't ring it up individually. These people have no sense of what Customer Service or satisfaction means. I ordered a Salmon dinner and they brought me a steak. I was a repeat customer and had looked past the fact that they claim to be open til a certain time but dont stay open, have prices on their menu that arent the real prices once you call in your order. I had let alot of things slide and continued to order from them until this incident. I called them to tell them my order was wrong and i was told the delivery driver wasnt back but when he got back id get my RIGHT order. Was told there was no ETA.. So i then said well im quite hungry can i eat this steak, they said if i wanted to get my REAL order that i would have to return the steak. So basically it took them 2 hours to get me the order that i originally placed and I was not allowed to eat the food they originally sent, eventhough they were just gonna throw it away.. I thought this was very rude and un-customer service like. This combined with the other things such as false advertisement and price changing without notice that ive mentioned was a deal breaker for me. Also keep in mind that i order from them 2-3 times a week and have brought them alot of business for lunch through my office with co-workers. They know my face very well and i even explained to them that if i had to wait to eat that i would no longer order food from them and i would be sure that nobody i knew ever would, they didnt seem to care much as they still made me wait 2 hrs to get the correct order and couldnt have cared less if i starved to death in the meantime..
