No coffee!

It's such a shame what they did to this place. It used to be an awesome place to go with the family. Good food and great shakes. Now it's self service with 2 guys working the kitchen. You order your food from a kiosk. How original. We were here at 9:30pm. They are open till midnight yet they had no sweet iced tea or coffee. The food was pretty good, same standard as always, but the friendly service is gone.

Yucky.

They served my daughter chicken nuggets that were somehow browned on the outside but raw and cold inside. Better cut your fried foods before putting it in your mouth! Can't even understand how the machinery allows this happen.

Vanilla coke and cherry coke!

First time at a Steak n Shake ever. Let me just say that you definitely get your money's worth- everything on the menu is so cheap. So, if you want some cheap fried food this is your spot. I can't really say much about the food because I'm a vegetarian, but the soup and fries were really good! Also when you're at cheap spots like this in The Villages don't be surprised when a verbal fight breaks out in the front over waiting to be seated. And I also saw a group of 6 tell off a waitress who told them they could not sit in a booth designed for 4. Weird vibe, but I'd come back if I was in a pinch and in the area.

Decent burger and fries, less than decent service and atmosphere.

I like the tallow instead of industrial waste oil. It clean affordable and good food.

The milkshakes are SO good and the burgers are so juicy. Sometimes the buns are kind of squished down but they are still amazing.

If your going to go through the drive through, don't be in a hurry. I wait about 35-40 minutes each time for just shakes.

Let's talk about this chili. Rich, hearty, perfectly seasoned, like someone's Midwestern grandma decided to show off. Not watery, not weirdly sweet, not trying too hard. Just solid, comforting, "why is this so good?" energy. Also, unexpected bonus: Zero chewing drama. Zero regret. Maximum satisfaction. I'm honestly a little annoyed because now I have to emotionally process the fact that Culver's chili is this good. Like... where has this been all my life? I did add hot sauce in for more spice. 10/10 would order again 11/10 would judge other chili moving forward Comfort food Actually filling Quietly elite Did I go to Culver's for chili? No. Will I go back specifically for chili? Absolutely I added pictures of small and large size so you can see the difference.

Well, Culver's doesn't have a smash, they have a Butter Burger and I was ready to be disappointed. I was not disappointed, I loved it!! My whole experience was positive, friendly staff, clean restaurant, everything was great! I also felt a kind of nostalgia and it occurs to me that Culver's is just how it used to feel back in the day. A clean restaurant with great food and ice cream! Culver's has a new fan!

It was a cold day and we were looking forward to some Colombian cuisine which was new to us. The place was easy to overlook as the signage didn't really stand out. And more construction is ongoing along Hwy 301 further obscuring visibility into this location. In any case, this is not a "sit down" restaurant as we had to place our order before sitting down. We previously checked out the menu online so we pretty much knew what we wanted to order. I ordered the Paisa Bowl ($17) and my wife tried their Steak and Papas bowl ($20). We also ordered French fries ($3.50) and a can of Coke Zero ($2.50). I thought service was a tad slow (there were maybe 5 tables occupied including us) but we were served our lunch soon enough. Our first impressions were good presentation but the portions were meager. The fried pork belly pieces were nice and crunchy but there weren't enough of them. The ground beef had good flavors and I liked the fried egg over the rice and beans. My wife liked the flavor of the beef, although a bit fatty for her taste, but found the potatoes a bit dry and wished they were French fries instead. Speaking of French fries, it was served with this savory dipping sauce but again, the serving portion was miserly. My wife thought the guacamole was nice and fresh, making it the best part of her meal. All in all, we came away liking the flavors but thinking the value and portions were lacking. Service was a bit detached as well. Lunch for 2 with tip came out to just over $51.

If you order and eat inside, they give you a table number and bring it out to you. I ordered a small hot fudge sundae, my one friend ordered a New York Cheesecake blizzard, and my other friend ordered a Turtle Sundae. When they brought our orders to the table, mine was fine. For the New York blizzard, they tipped it upside down (like they're supposed to - to show it's thick) and handed it to her. My other friend - they put a Turtle Blizzard in front of her, that was half melted. They didn't tip it upside down, because if they did - it would have gone all over the floor. She said - I didn't order a blizzard, I wanted a sundae. The staff person said - we don't do Turtle Sundaes. My friend said - we come here all the time and you can make them - you just put the caramel and pecans on it. I order it all the time. He said - that's an upcharge. She said - I don't believe I've ever been charged extra for it. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. She could have got up and make a big todo about it with a manager, but who wants to have to go to that level just to get their order right, especially when they come regularly. Bad on Dairy Queen for having employees who don't even try to offer to make it right. He should have apologized for the mistake and made her the correct order. Maybe better training is in order. I offered to go talk to a manager for her, but she just wanted to move on. I've only been through the drive through before for a blizzard, so this was my first sit down experience. Didn't leave a great impression,
