I ordered the Huevos Rancheros with Tinga Chicken, and my husband ordered the Biscuits and Gravy. We also shared an order of the seasonal Pumpkin Spiked Pancakes. Everything came out hot and fresh, and every bite was delicious! The pancakes are made with cornmeal, and they were flavorful but not too sweet. The gravy for the biscuits is made with their house sausage, which makes it taste even better. I'd definitely return to Southwest Diner the next time I'm in town!
