    RAW CHICKEN

If I could give a 0 I would. Each time I go there's always items missing when I'm in the drive thru and they always seem annoyed when I let them know I have missing items. This time they forgot the kids chicken strips and they even added extra. My daughter tried a bite and was disgusted. We looked at the pieces and all the pieces were RAW.

Stopped by to pick up some tallow oil and was told that they don't sell it yet they advertised for it so I ordered a kid's meal instead. I was at the drive through and waited 12 minutes for a kids meal! I was hoping that it was the wait but to my disappointment everything was cold! I took it inside and returned it. They didn't even offer a fresh, and hot replacement. I'm hoping that the line that was created, and wrapped around the side of the building, during my wait for the kids meal, was worth it. It was my first time going to Steak 'n Shake and needless to say I was very disappointed.

I feel conflicted. I got a freshly grilled steak burger for under $5... but all the waitresses have been replaced with kiosks! It's been a year since I ate at Steak & Shake and things have changed. The food is still good, clean, and fresh; but I couldn't tell the kiosk that I wanted a glass of water. No-one came by to check on me. I felt like I was eating in my car.

I haven't been to a Steak 'n Shake in quite a while. This location is just north of Westfield Countryside Mall. The restaurant was clean and well kept. We were quickly greeted and seated. Their menu options have changed dramatically since our last visit. We just wanted some of their good old favorites: Chocolate Shake, Double Cheeseburger w/ Fries, a Side Salad along with a large order of Onion Rings for the table. The side salad was surprisingly good for the cost. I would recommend getting one with your meal. The burgers were great! The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and tasty. I love their shoestring fries! The only disappointment was the onion rings. They were crispy but the flavor was off and they had a mushy interior. The star of the show was, of course, their milk shakes! OMG! They were a bit thick but we didn't mind using a spoon. Overall, I had a great meal. In a time when there are a lot of hamburger restaurant options around, you should try out Steak 'n Shake again if you haven't been in awhile. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. By the way, two big old boys can eat there for under $20 and be as full as ticks!

Eggs over and crispy hash browns and sausage and a biscuit all for $4. I got the leftovers for lunch!

For a fast food restaurant they do a great job. You can still eat here pretty cheap if you don't want a drink.

Slow and dirty! Employees did not seem to care. It's a real shame that an American classic is going down the tubes

It's not exactly around the corner for me so it took a while to get there, but I would say it was worth the drive. My dining buddy and I started with two cheesesteaks. One with whiz and the other with Cooper Sharp. Both of them were terrific and made exactly to order. We also ordered a medium french fry and onion rings. The onion rings were good, but came out a little more well done that I am used to. The fries were fantastic --- extremely good and very fresh. They actually tasted like potato, which is not a given with french fries from most places today. We also had two fountain drinks, and that was fine. Service is good, food came out fast. This place is not cheap, but the quality is definitely there. As for a realistic cheesesteak compared to a Philly cheesesteak, I'd say it's close but not precise, the roll was fresh but not today fresh and the seasoning was good but not Philly good. Definitely hits the spot! So far, these are the best cheesesteaks. I've had in the Tampa Bay area since moving here years ago, and I expect Delco's will be hard to beat down here. Highly recommended

Being from Baton Rouge, LA where Raising Cane's was founded, I expected a great dining experience, and this location did not disappoint me. The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly, the service was quick, and the product quality was awesome. I ordered the Box Combo with 4-piece chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, Cane's sauce, and a 20 oz drink. I ordered the chicken tenders extra crispy, and they were perfectly cooked to my satisfaction. The golden-brown chicken tenders and fries were HOT, the coleslaw was fresh and cool, and the Texas toast was lightly buttered and perfectly toasted. Everything tasted very good.
