OK, upgrading now to a 4 star after eating here again for a few months after opening. Why 4 stars vs. my previous 2? Well, looks like they got the crispy fries back (i.e. fryers are working good now), and the staff is even more extra "My Pleasure" friendly than they were the first couple weeks they opened this location. I'm gonna call this my go-to Chik-Fil-A now but it is CRAZY busy during any feeding times (noon/5pm) so I would suggest if you get the craving hit them up for breakfast early (mmmm BACON/Chicken/Cheese/AND EGG biscuits) or after the normal crowd if you're in a hurry. This location is pretty good despite not a lot of parking spaces. Kids area is normally pretty clean and everyone here that they have hired appears to really enjoy their job. read more

Stop hiring teenagers that dont know how to act professionally and actively give service. Just had 5 of those young kids tonight look me dead in the face and not ask what bag im picking up. It was ready too, just sitting there for 5+ mins while i waited for one of these children to acknowledge me. Last saturday or sunday there was another teenage girl with frizzy red hair who was leaping to the ceiling to smack the ceiling while her coworkers were all trying to work and rush to get orders done (she ran drive thru window that same evening as well), inappropriate. Dread coming to this location because of the teenagers acting like they are blind to paying customers. I've seen them ignire and talk badly about their uber drivers and doordash drivers as well, while being less than 2 feet away from these deliver people. read more

I come here often for lunch and eating a little healthier these days. I'm glad i have the option to customize my meal to my preference. The staff is always nice and efficient with getting everyone through the drive through and the food is always hot! Also it's always clean inside the restaurant when i do go inside. She asked me if I've been helped, I ordered and she helped me with my scanner for the points, then asked me if I wanted the entree or meal for my order, then repeated it back to me then offered me a water. I mean....its Chick Fil A. Is there a bad one out there? They always set the bar high, and always meet their mark. This location is no exception. We ordered at the counter...received our unsweet tea and sat down. Before we were done mixing the Splendid Splenda into our tea...our food was there. So fast, fresh and friendly. Not sure what they do in training...but they do it well. They are always spot on. I will say i went for a refresher on my drink after eating, and waited a few minutes while a couple of employees were 'catching up' as one had just clocked in....so that was a little unusual as they're usually all over it. The manager had to point it out, and since they weren't paying attention, refreshed someone else's drink who had just walked up (and hadn't been waiting like me) prior to me. Not a big deal, but just an observation. We'll still come back to this location over and over again. well done! read more

Yet another Chick-fil-a and once again, same great service. I'm always so impressed by how friendly the people the people who work at Chick-fil-a are. This is a new location and I love how spacious and modern the space feels. The double drive through lines helps to speed up traffic through the drive through when things get busy. I ordered the regular chicken sandwich, fries, and the new spicy chicken strips. The sandwich was good. Chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Fries were well seasoned. The chicken strips were great as well. Spicy, but not to the point of being overpowering. Nice crispy texture on the outside and moist on the inside, just like the sandwich. Such a shame. The food is so good but literally every other order there is something wrong or forgotten. The latest fiasco was I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich EXTRA pickles, no tomato and lettuce and a side of Buffalo sauce. They did just the opposite, no pickle and no sauce but with tomato and lettuce. Noticed when i got home and was very disappointed. The time before that they forgot my fruit cup side. The staff and food are extremely pleasant and consistent, I've been coming here at least 3 times a week for a while now and only had my order messed up once (which was regular 12 count chicken nuggets instead of 12 count grilled chicken nuggets). I was working from home and jonesing for some CFA so even though I only had an hour break, I decided to risk it and go. I left my house at noon and pulled in at 12:15. As usual a great Chick Fil A in Countryside Mall. Fast and friendly service, but the prices are inflated because it is in a mall. But they are still cheaper than some mall restaurants and it keeps me full all through my shopping trip. The food here is great, it's Chick Fil A. I love the fries! Only thing I wanted was my frozen coffee drink and I get to the window after waiting 15 minutes being the 3rd in line and they forgot to turn on the ice cream machine. Gave me a refund for my up charge but didn't offer me a normal drink that comes with the meal so just steal my money. With this new a large location Chick-Fil-A has become our favorite fast food restaurant. I used the mobile app to speed things up and it was fast and easy. Their Southwest Chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette is the best. The nuggets just taste fresher and tastier than the burger joints. read more
