It may be that it was lacking because I went on their discount day, which I was unaware that it was, the special was a "prime" Rib for a good price if you get the package with the baked potato. Which is fine, but it may be on that day they use choice meat instead of prime to get a better margin for price and so they can sell more. That being said, I still ordered the full price prime rib, not the special. It still lacked in quality. Seemed very tough and full of connective tissue. Ordered medium rare. Alas it was Grisly. Which is indicative of lesser quality meat selection. Likely choice/select cuts, not true prime. I don't mind, but they are charging vegas quality restaurant prices but not in vegas. The quality needs to match. I don't understand the high reviews here because I gave this place 3 chances and this sadly was the third. I won't return ever again. You can get better quality if you just enjoy a drive to vegas. I thought it may have been a fluke but now I realize that is the norm there. There is some good but not worth a return. The asparagus and potatoes were cooked wonderfully. However, I don't go to a restaurant for their garnish dishes. I go for their proteins.
