It was 40min out of central Las Vegas, but absolutely worth the drive. Large parking lot in the back, but don't look for shade, there's no such thing out here!:) inside you get a warm welcome, staff is really friendly. Due to covid lockdown, only outside seating is possible with a limited menu. No dessert today but we didn't need any as we were full upon leaving. The lemonade is delicious, I normally never order as they are always too sweet but this one is perfection. We got quesadillas as appetizer and I like the crispness and flavors. The salsa on the side was too spicy for me but they were good enough to eat plain. The pancakes were de-li-cious yuuummmm sooo good and so big! The butter was liquid, but in 106 degrees F outside that's normal, we didn't eat it. The Cowboy burger was another hit. I don't even red meat and I ended up eating half of my bf his burger. So good! Buns are tasty and toasted, simple topics yet so juicy and good. If this place was closer I'm sure we'd eat here more often. Stacy was the perfect server. Too bad we missed on the full experience but very thankful during the corona lockdown they are open and running!!! A must visit!!

Great stop over for a motorcycle trip. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and plenty to choose from for alcoholic refreshments. Just don't order anything to eat. I had their famous "Ghost Burger". Not sure if it was named for the Ghost Peppers (that I should have tasted) or the ghostly appearance of such a sorry looking 1/4lb hamburger. All this and Kettle Chips for $12. Sorry for the poor resolution of the photo, it was crop from a selfie. My bad

I love the Pioneer Saloon and the Ghost Town Cafe. Great place for lunch after a morning of off reading. Also serves an awesome breakfast!

We love taking a ride out there and their burgers are so tasty and good, a little overpriced but will do it again.

Ghost burger was outstanding and the service along with the history and stories are well worth the short drive off of I-15.

I ordered the supreme pizza and I have to tell you that it was probably one of the best ones I've ever had. Not only is the place inviting but the team there is welcoming and it's always nice to talk to other guests on the patio. If you haven't had the chance to go by there yet you're missing out. So if you go through the Red Rock loop do yourself a favor and stop in Blue Diamond and check this place out. They also have a largest assortment of danishes and Italian sodas for your enjoyment. So stop by and say hi to Hannah, see your dimples and make her smile as this is one place you don't wanna miss

The cashier came across as rude and not very welcoming, which was surprising for a small-town spot where you usually expect more hospitality and friendliness. Overall, the food and service both missed the mark for me. Hopefully this was just an off day, because the setting has potential.

Walk up to the counter and order. You're given a number to place at your table. I love the walk in first impression. They got EVERYTHING right, as soon as you walk in the door. The food is 12 out of 10 worthy. The decor and vibe is great!!!! The service and staff are truly outstanding. Kind and friendly. Mom and I ordered the side order of smashed potatoes. They were a bit too salty, sent them back, a new batch was sent out to us. Much better. They are delicious. A giant chocolate chip peanut butter cookie was brought to our table with a genuine apology for the salty potatoes. They really didn't have to do that, but was still awfully kind and generous of them. I have been in for breakfast 5 times now, and I try something different every time. NEVER disappointed... I look forward to trying the lunch menu next. I did try the Dark Chocolate Mocha iced, and oh my goodness deliciousness..... I love this place. The overly large swing chair in the back part of the restaurant is sooooo cool!! The prices are really great too.

I had their crouffle, which was good. The food came out quickly after ordering. And several pieces of cutlery were dirty which was concerning. Service-wise, we were seated promptly which was nice. The cashier was helpful and nice so that was a positive. However two issues occurred while we waited for our food. First, the older guy who works in the front of the restaurant took a chair from the table next to us where a little girl was sitting until she got up to place her order, menu still placed on the table in the spot where she was seated moments earlier. The appalling part was he didn't ask the mom if the chair was being used, he just took it away and placed it at the table behind us. Then when it was pointed out to him that a guest was sitting there, he placed the chair back without acknowledgement of his mistake as if that's OK to do to a patron. I found that to be incredibly rude to do to a guest!!! And then while I'm half way done drinking my tea, the busboy tries to clear my tea saucer with the spoon, tea bag, and honey on it -- which i was saving for a second steep. When I tell him no, you can't take it I'm still using it which he should be able to see, he laughs and walks off. I don't appreciate being rushed while I'm eating. He should ask and confirm a response before he ever touches a plate on the table. He needs to be coached on that. Overall, they really need to improve the customer experience. The sad part is I tipped when I ordered (that's how their restaurant is set up) and I'm not happy that I tipped well and then witnessed poor treatment to a guest next to us and was also treated poorly by staff. Went out of our way to leave the strip since this place has such good reviews but it was a disappointing breakfast for us for sure.

Another must visit in Tecopa for those who love Date Ice Cream and fascinating local historical information. I tried one of their Pumpkin spiced cream cheese icing, mini muffins...mm good, it was unique in the sense it was reminiscent of sweet corn bread, but with a icing on top that kicked it up to the next level.
