I've been to this restaurant for breakfast literally dozens of times recently while in flight school at the airport. Not just because it was conveniently located to the airplane, but because the people were just so nice and the food was good. Also... They cook my steak right EVERY single time (even most steakhouses usually can't get it right the first time- see pic here). I also found the prices to be a bit lower than most places for that kind of food. That was a major plus as well... And all the airplanes hanging from the ceiling is a cool, creative touch as well. You can also watch the planes takeoff and overlook the flight deck as you eat breakfast, as well as go outside on the roof onto the observation deck and watch the planes takeoff. You can't do that in most restaurants. Anytime I'm in town, I eat here and would highly recommend you give it a try as well!

The service is always great as well. The only thing I will point out is that I had to wait until my full party arrived before I was seated, so there were a lot of groups that went ahead of us. But that's not a huge issue, since most establishments operate the same way. Just a heads up for anyone riding in different cars or meeting up together!

The interior is clean and the staff is always delightful. Came in today for a quick bite before flying to Greece. Ordered up an Eggs Benedict on Texas toast and a black cherry chocolate coffee. The eggs were cooked perfectly with a delicious runny yolk. The potato's were crisp and delicious and the coffee was a pleasant surprise with its flavor profile. The eggs Benedict comes on Texas toast, a bagel, or a Kaiser roll. I chose Texas toast. The Original sunrise cafe is always spotless clean and impeccably kept (they were polishing and cleaning the chairs while we were there.) This is a great Christian family owned business. The food is great, the staff is awesome and the ambience is wonderful.

The Springs Cafe, run by a subsidiary of the Wolfgang Puck food world when it opened, has had different operators since the Puck contract was ended. My wife and I went years ago and enjoyed sitting on the patio so much. In the ensuring years, we weren't customers very often. After the last change of operator to the Bronze Cafe, I was going to go back but the days of operation were cut after reopening from Covid and the timing didn't work out. I was at the Springs Preserve to see the exhibit on dinosaurs with the plan to have breakfast or lunch after seeing the exhibit. Entrance to the cafe is either from the preserve itself (an entrance fee required) or you can enter the cafe from the parking lot with no charge. It's on the second floor of the building with the lovely patio looking toward DTLV and the Strip. Since it was only 95º, I decided to sit on the patio. After ordering near the entrance, you get a post with a number for your table and they bring it you. I ordered the turkey sandwich and an iced chai made with almond milk. The chai was brought first and later the sandwich. The chai was an absolute failure. It was likie drinking iced almond milk. There was little if any chai flavor. I didn't finish the drink but tossed some of it into the garbage. When I got home, I made my own iced chai from chai I purchase online. Then the sandwich came. It looked like I ordered a mixed green salad sandwich. If you look above some of the greens,on my photo you can see some sliced turkey. The amount fo greens made the sandwich a bit difficult and messy to eat. The menu describes the sandwich as turkey, avocado, spring mix, tomato, shaved red onion, basil aioli, and lemon vin. The lemon vin, which came in a small cup, just made eating the sandwich messier. The bun was a bit tough which made the whole experience less than pleasing. This will be my last trip to the cafe when I'm at the Preserve.

I love the focus on local/organic with non-dairy milks/ vegetarian options but still offering sugar/ full fat- balance is key!! You wait in line to order at the counter. They gave us our drinks before giving us a number to put on the table so the food could be delivered to us. There was plenty of seating and the fountain is a nice touch (see pic). The noise level is a little high but just being a little more cozy with hubs was Our order came out quickly and exactly as requested. Efficient service I loved my breakfast burrito- tons of flavor, toasted perfectly on the outside. So big and filling, I couldn't even finish it. Definitely recommend. I would have appreciated a bathroom within the restaurant, but I guess since it's within the mall, it's about 3 doors down. Prices on the strip are high, so this certainly fits, but there are actually a number of items the are pretty okay price wise, which is impressive with this high quality of food. Recommended 5 stars

If you ever have trouble finding this place, just look for a line of people and you most likely will find it. I was totally craving breakfast. That's what I wanted. I ordered the Urth Laguna Breakfast, which was the first time ordering it. It's massive. It can easily be shared. However, it's not something I would reorder again. I've had way better tasting dishes than the Urth Laguna Breakfast. Banana cream pie is always a win! It was so yummy and my matcha was good, too. Those are usually consistently delicious. The workers that I encountered were super nice and friendly.

We showed up starving after almost 3 hours of pickleball across the street at Chicken & Pickle, and the timing worked out perfectly. We got there around 10/10:30 when it wasn't too busy, but by the time we left there was a line out the door. The inside is so cute, with most tables specially made for couples. Almost everything we ordered was amazing! The Nutella stuffed French toast was my favorite. My least favorite was the Southwest omelette; it's covered in tiny chili chunks that are neither spicy nor flavorful. Service was great too. I forgot our waiter's name, but he gave us solid recommendations and was really attentive throughout. Will come back next time we're in the area!

We were greeted right away and sat immediately. Our server was quick to come by and get our drinks going. Food was ordered shortly after and came out very fast. All the food was cooked to order and tasty. The French toast could have been soaked a little longer and cooked a little longer as well. The French didn't fully soak the bread and it could have had a slightly better toast or char on it. Overall it was good and we would certainly eat there again.
