For months I've seen The Spot To Eat truck parked next to the VA office on Palms Airport Drive for almost every other day for lunch. I couldnt find any Yelp listings and never thought of looking on Facebook. Until today when something in the office smelt good and I couldn't figure where it was coming from. At the truck, its a trailer pulled around by a truck, all the pictures and descriptions just blew my mind, I was excited and upset that it took me so long to finally try it. I saw and even smelt their Buffalo Chicken Salad and I wanted one but held off. I started asking other's what their favorites were and went with Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich and Crack Fries. It was delicious on its own and only $7 ($6 for the sandwich and $1 if you add fries). It was a fried chicken with Teriyaki sauce, pineapple, tomato, lettuce, and wasabi mayo between a roll, I mixed up some deli mustard and sriracha and added to the sandwich. Did I have a smile on my face? Yes. Ordering fries on their own are $3 and ordering almost any sandwich or burgers are $6. Delicious looking gourmet burgers at a reasonable price. Their trailer has a TV with sound. I usually see them during lunch at the VA Office near the airport but follow them on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/thespottoeat and Twitter https://twitter.com/TheSpotToEat to see all their pictures, menu, and where there going to be. You wont be disappointed.

Every dish was salty. Adults and children alike all said the same thing - it was too salty and difficult to eat. And the milkshakes....what a bummer. Even the kids didn't enjoy them. Very subpar. Flavor was not right, almost chemically; texture was more icey rather than creamy. You know it's bad if they didn't even consume a quarter of it. Unfortunately we'll never go back. Hope they change their ingredients. I wish this company the best of luck.

We have a specific place in mind that was called Anthony's in Ann Arbor, Michigan that I would literally fly to Detroit and take a taxi cab just to get their Chicago style stuffed pie. I definitely have found the pizza place. Unfortunately it's in Las Vegas and I live in Reno, but every time I visit Las Vegas I'm going to get some of this pizza. I read a lot of the reviews, and most reviewers claim this is just like being an in Chicago. The pizza had the right everything ! The right looked, the right texture, the right aroma, and the best taste ever... not joking. If you're in Vegas and you need that Chicago deep dish pizza please try this out and best of all, the price was amazing. The large deep dish pizza was $24 and if you look at the pictures, it was packed with meat. What we ordered: 14 inch deep dish meat special We ordered it ahead of time for pick up. It was done when we arrived. Fast and efficient service. Great price for what you get. I actually…read moretried to come here for a late lunch after my most recent nail appointment, but they were closed that day due to maintenance work. Since I've watched The Bear, a show that takes place at an Italian restaurant in Chicago, I've been curious to try out Chicago-style food (the series just ended after five seasons, but it's a must-watch if you haven't seen it yet), and Chicago's Best immediately popped into my head. We walked in and look at the menu. We were the only customers inside and only two people were working there, both of them running the kitchen. Once we walked in, one of them came out front to help us with our order. I ordered their Chicago Big Baby burger, which came with cheese, chili, grilled onions, and sport peppers on the inside, plus an additional sport peppers and pickles on the side. My LTP ordered their Corned Beef - Original Big Beef that falls under their "favorites" category on their menu. He got this on white bread with mustard and both food items came with fries on the side. After our food was ready, we took it back to the house. The smell of the food during the drive back was absolutely wonderful and we couldn't wait to consume it when we got back. I think the Chicago Big Baby was one of the best burgers I've had in my life, with the chili being one of the most unique ingredients inside. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly as well. The sport peppers, however, were a little too spicy for my taste. My LTP enjoyed his sandwich and it was literally packed with corn beef inside. Some of it ended up spilling out of the bread. If this is Chicago's Best in Las Vegas, this is it.

The tip screen is aggressive, and I selected $0 because my company does not allow tips to be charged to the company card. After I selected no tip, the transaction somehow glitched and I was asked to run it again. I selected $0 again. After that, the employee started mean-mugging me like I had done something wrong. I actually had a couple dollars in cash and could have tipped, but after the attitude, absolutely not. A tip is optional, not an obligation. The location itself needs some attention too. There was no air conditioning and it was HOT as hell in there. The restroom signage needs to be fixed because nobody can tell that the first door is the restroom. And please get rid of the crime-scene-looking tape at the end of the hallway. If you don't want customers walking farther down the hall, invest in an actual divider, stanchion, or barrier. The little taped-off setup looks tacky as hell. Food: fries were good, chili dog was okay. Customer experience and atmosphere? Y'all got some work to do. Had me feeling like I walked into the O block hot dog shop. Free Lil Durk I guess
