The phone directs you to a virtual assistant named Sara. I would never recommend NWI generator or Four Season heating and cooling. They are part of the problem in America. The youngsters have taken over and think AI and virtual assistance is the way to run a business. I have a big mouth and will tell many people to avoid these people. The customer service is terrible.

NIPSCO said that I needed an electrician to reattach the wire as it was not their responsibility to do such work. Enter Chris and Kurt - what a team! They work very well together and assessed my problem and gave me two estimates. They suggested to me that I go with option one and gave me a 1 year guarantee that if that didn't hold, they'd come back and provide option 2 and give me credit for what I already paid. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. I'm very satisfied with the work they did and think their pricing was quite reasonable. I'm very glad to recommend them and kudos to the company for having these 2 guys working for them!

Based on the professionalism of your technician and the fact that I felt your quote was reasonable, I would have given your company a much higher rating. That is why I find the decision to simply decline the work somewhat surprising. Rather than discussing my concern and allowing the overall experience to play out, you have chosen not to even consider moving forward with the project. From a customer's perspective, declining work because someone questioned a fee and expressed an opinion about it does not come across as particularly professional. I appreciate the refund, but I wanted to make sure my position was clear. My concern was never with your technician or the quality of his interaction with me. In fact, his professionalism and your reasonable quote had left me with a much more positive impression of your company before receiving this response.

I went to Current Electric to schedule service for my Generac generator that stopped working. I…read morewas informed by Current Electric they consider generators not running as a top priority, so a certified technician responded to my house within a few days. Devin was the certified technician who responded on time. He was professional, highly trained/qualified on Generac generators and even thoroughly explained what service was being performed to get my generator running again. He even offered me to purchase a spare part that was known to fail on Generac generators. What stands out the most about Devin is that he noticed my electric meter was not mounted to my house correctly. He inspected my meter and determined it was an immediate fire hazard. He again, explained the seriousness of the issue and that NIPSCO needed to be contacted immediately so they could address the matter. I called NIPSCO and a technician responded within 30 minutes. I was informed the electrical meter was a serious fire hazard. NIPSCO repaired my meter within 12 hours. Devin could have easily overlooked my electric meter or neglected to tell me about the issue. Instead, he felt the dire need to address such an important issue with me that was not work related to him. My generator would not be running if not for Current Electric and Devin. Current Electric is fortunate to have a dedicated, highly trained/qualified and professional employee like Devin. More importantly, he prevented the likelihood of my electric meter and house catching fire in the near future. He certainly went above and beyond in my opinion. Twice this summer our whole house generac generator has stopped working during power outages. They…read moreprove no emergency service to customers without power. Currently our power is out and our generator died on saturday. Called monday morning and the lady yelled at me that they don't know when they can get to me and it's not their fault the generator isn't working. They only service them and I can't expect it to run during an outage of a few days. What is the point then, since that is when I need it most. They then told me they had 150 down generators ahead of me to look at. Why would 150 generators be dead if they were selling and services a good product?
