They left no trace and alway cleaned up their materials! Alex B and Zack were the two installer we had and they are the dream team! Holly M (Director of Customer Engagment) caught wind that I was going to build and reached out to ask if Kent could provide a HVAC bid, and I'm so glad she did! She put me in contact with Bob and he made the bid process so easy. I had a finalized/signed bid in less than a week and we were able to negotiate a few other items that we wanted! I reached out to Bob via telephone with questions and he was prompt with his response. I found out later that he was actually on vacation when he responded! Holly also hand delivered information packets about the equipment we would be getting installed. The customer service is top-notch! Kent was my favorite company to work with during the new build. I was able to be on site while all the trades were there at the same time, and the Kent team was always the first to greet me when I arrived! We got the runaround from the other trades about when they would start on our home, but as soon as we gave Kent the green light, they showed up and started exactly when they said they would. This was the first time my contractor worked with Kent and he was so impressed. I was unable to be at the initial walk-through, so Holly and Alex made a special trip back out to the house to FaceTime me and make sure I was informed of the plan! They walked through every room, gave me their feedback/suggestions, and answered all my questions. I was confident that I was in good hands! The walk-through was on a Friday where they laid everything out then Alex made the ductwork on Monday and they were off to the races on Tuesday. I can't thank the install team enough, they were working in below freezing temperatures to get the job done! Kent really is a well oiled machine! The new owners, Stacy and Glenn know exactly what they're doing! New construction is full of twist and turns but I want to give a huge thank you to Holly, Bob, Alex, Zack, and Stacy for making this experience the easiest and most smooth part of the construction process!

    Last summer, we contracted Crown Wheele Mechanical to install a pad and service our Generac. In…read moreaddition they performed maintenance on the AC unit. They did a good job, so we decided to us them for the HVAC yearly checks in 2023. On 11/30/23 a tech performed the yearly maintenance on the furnace. In addition, he told us we needed a new water expansion tank, drain and refill, and pressure and temperature relief valve. I approved the work, but feel the charge of $588.49 was too high. I should have received a second opinion with a competitor. During the 11/30 visit, the tech said that our Water Softener System was configured incorrectly, the tech moved a valve to show me the valve was not necessary where it was at. We did not authorize him to look at the water softener nor perform any maintenance on it. I said I did not want him to do this work he recommended and I would contact the water softener co. After he left, the Water Softener stop working. As a result, I had to pay a $90.00 service charge for a call. The Water Softener Co. said that the Tech from CWM, (I have pictures) put the valve in a by -pass mode so all water going through our house was not being filtered. Again, he had no business working on the system. I called the owner of CWM on 1/10 to lodge a complaint. He said that the Tech should not have worked on the Water Softener, but he would get back to me on why the tech did so. Not hearing from the owner, I called back on 1/16 and talked with the owner's wife. She, said they don't do that type of work and the owner would get back to me. To date, we have not heard back from CWM. Lessons Learned: 1. Make sure CWM performs only work that you contracted them to do. Don't get talked into additional work on systems they are not qualified to perform. 2. Always consider a second opinion when getting a quote from CWM. 3. Companies are judged by Customer Service, in our experience, we received horrible customer service and feel disrespected. We wrote the review not to seek any money from CWM, but to make others aware of what our experience with CWM was.

    Look at our pictures of the damage Crown Wheele did to our hone. They incorrectly installed a…read moregeothermal unit in our lower level that flooded and destroyed our home. The upstairs unit they installed locked up and is unfixable after only a few months. Crown Wheele took no responsibility and just sent us their insurance company number! We are not into bashing anybody.. but this gross negligence. We paid over $50,000 to this company only to have our pipes freeze and burst on Christmas Day. They are not a "family" company. Andy and Barbara are crooks and just awful human beings. They could care less how a family with 3 children had no heat during the polar vortex. They took our money , Andy Wheele admitted after the damage that he was probably too "junior" to have taken on our home hvac project. I would not take the time to post a review if it wasn't so deplorable and despicable. Just look at our pictures. We have had Earl's Heating replace both units that were brand new. The units were installed incorrectly and dangerously. The dangling wires on the house should have been contained in pvc and the wires from the unit should have been buried. The one line is 220 voltage and could have electrocuted my children or animals

    I have a newer a/c unit that was installed by aire serve in 2018 that has a 10 year warranty. I had…read morea capacitor go bad 2 years ago and aire serve came and replace it under warranty with no questions and they never said anything about maintenance than since i do my own.This morning I woke up and noticed my a/c was not working again. So I called aire serve and had a technician come out and he told me my capacitor was bad again. But this time he said it won't be warranty due to "lack of maintenance". i told him i am a tradesman myself so i do my own maintenance and asked why would that void the warranty. He stated because it was dirty behind the back panel. Ok but the other 3 panels in his pictures look clean. So since 1 side of the a/c unit is dirty the warranty is voided? Than he told me he can warranty it only if I buy there cleaning service for $272 buy if I didnt want the cleaning it would be $315 to fix the capacitor.That is absolutely ridiculous and is extortion at its finest. You mean if I dont buy your cleaning service you will not warranty it but if I buy your cleaning service its under warranty. so its technically under warranty than right? They said no and to pretty much give me no option. I tryed to contact someone but the lady that answers the phone knew nothing and was no real help once theres a problem. I asked to speak to a manager/boss and no one knew where he was or when he will be back. I asked for a call back and never recieved one. I gave them time for them to call and try to make this right but insted i was ignored. Once you have a problem seems like they dont want to resolve it.Sad to see this company has gone downhill and pray on people without a/c knowing you will but whatever they tell you. I recommend using a different company

He took his time to explain everything and made sure we knew what all was entailed with this service. The installers were the same. When a question was asked they stopped and answered it. We felt confident in Aire Serv. After the install the the guys made sure we knew all about our product. We purchased the Amana furnace and ac unit. Fantastic product and service! Very happy!
