NWI H&A got to us in less than 3 hours and the tech was awesome and had the furnace up an running in about 15 to 20 minutes. They only charged us $119 for a service call on Sunday which I thought was very reasonable as only one other company was even close to that price. The tech explained what the problem was and gave us advice on how to keep our furnace running well. I am a very satisfied customer.

The trainee did little more than incorrectly place, and then over-tighten my fan blade, which the senior tech wound up coming back to remove. *Loss of star (2) is due to the initial "repair" strategy, being to bypass the high & low safety systems of the unit. It would have operated, but it would have done so until catastrophic failure due to the bypass.

I invited this company in with the expectation of a professional HVAC repair, not a house inspection. I felt misled and uncomfortable. A contractor should respect boundaries and stick to the job they were dispatched for.

After 25 or so minutes I was told my control board needed to be replaced. Dylan offered to do the job for $1150 with no grantees. After I refused that service he told me my charge went up to $237 for his visit. I am not sure if this is their standard practice after you decide not to have to work done. Overall, they are very pricey! Dylan said that my control board runs higher than average. It actually runs $50 to $200 on the higher end. So I would have basically just paid over 1k in labor for a part that might not fix the problem. If you do decide to go with this company I would highly recommend asking for an itemized list of fees before coming out.

They did a fabulous job. We are still clients of theirs. If an issue arises all I do is call them and they come out that day if possible. We carry a maintenance contract with them, they call and remind us when they are coming to check out everything. When we got flooded in 2008, they came out and checked everything out for us and dried out our heater. I would not go any where else. They are the best in my book.

They left no trace and alway cleaned up their materials! Alex B and Zack were the two installer we had and they are the dream team! Holly M (Director of Customer Engagment) caught wind that I was going to build and reached out to ask if Kent could provide a HVAC bid, and I'm so glad she did! She put me in contact with Bob and he made the bid process so easy. I had a finalized/signed bid in less than a week and we were able to negotiate a few other items that we wanted! I reached out to Bob via telephone with questions and he was prompt with his response. I found out later that he was actually on vacation when he responded! Holly also hand delivered information packets about the equipment we would be getting installed. The customer service is top-notch! Kent was my favorite company to work with during the new build. I was able to be on site while all the trades were there at the same time, and the Kent team was always the first to greet me when I arrived! We got the runaround from the other trades about when they would start on our home, but as soon as we gave Kent the green light, they showed up and started exactly when they said they would. This was the first time my contractor worked with Kent and he was so impressed. I was unable to be at the initial walk-through, so Holly and Alex made a special trip back out to the house to FaceTime me and make sure I was informed of the plan! They walked through every room, gave me their feedback/suggestions, and answered all my questions. I was confident that I was in good hands! The walk-through was on a Friday where they laid everything out then Alex made the ductwork on Monday and they were off to the races on Tuesday. I can't thank the install team enough, they were working in below freezing temperatures to get the job done! Kent really is a well oiled machine! The new owners, Stacy and Glenn know exactly what they're doing! New construction is full of twist and turns but I want to give a huge thank you to Holly, Bob, Alex, Zack, and Stacy for making this experience the easiest and most smooth part of the construction process!
