We had tried to contact several housecleaning agencies before settling on these two wonderful ladies. A mother and daughter team showed up, on time, armed to the teeth with cleaning supplies. They went over what we wanted done with my wife, and immediately got to work. They were here for about 5 hours and did a job so good we couldn't have expected more. They went so far above and beyond; we have nothing but superlatives for them. They were more than the value for the money, and we will use them again. I am hoping many others will also. Evelyn and her daughter went through 5 rooms in our home, and it is so clean. She wanted to stay longer and do more, but we felt she had done enough for the day and wages. Very professional about her work and they two were a pleasure to have here. We cannot say enough about them, except, get them. Totally not worth the money! I hired Evelin today to clean my EMPTY master bedroom, which is about 800-900 sq ft. She took the entire two hours just to clean my bathroom, which was not even that dirty to begin with. I normally do my own cleaning about twice a month, so it was not even that dirty at all. I have lived here for 8 years and recently moved out, so understandable that there might be some tough stains. Before I hired her, I asked for a 2 hour job to clean the room and the living room. She readily accepted the job was nice enough to give me an additional 30 mins for a total of $90. She even told me that she would do "deep" carpet cleaning. So today, when she was two hours into the work. She was just about done with the bathroom only! Her excuse was because she was very detailed. When I walked through the bathroom, there was an obvious stain left in one of the drawers and my shower head and handle still had tons of water stains and she didn't even bother to clean the gutter of the window nor the wall moulding/baseboard in the bathroom!! And this is how she called a "detailed cleaning." When it came to the carpet cleaning, she just vacuumed! But she called it a "deep cleaning!" And of course when she left, she didn't even have time to clean the living room, as we originally discussed. At the end of the day, she told me she just started the job in April. Since she was nice and this is her new career, I was willing to give her a second chance and I asked if she would come back next time and be a little more efficient and pay more attention to details. She turned it down and instead she criticized me that I jumped into the conclusion (that she didn't do a good job today) too early and she had so many clients who didn't complain... Evelin cost too much for too little. I used Evelin at Stay Clean Housekeeping on the recommendation of my usual, but unavailable, cleaner. The job: clean an already pretty clean empty one-bed apartment. I didn't choke on the $200 price because I was in a hurry to show the unit, and Evelin showed up on short notice. After 2 to 3 hours Evelin was done and gone. The next day I inspected and then spent over 1 hour cleaning soil, roach droppings, etc. off all the high shelves, low corners and behind the toilet areas she missed. She takes her time and pays attention to detail. She also cleaned my windows and blinds and I'm 100% happy with the result because doing each and every wooden blind cleaning and polishing is a lot! last week I was supposed to get cleaning scheduled. I was canceled on the last minute without any explanation. I could've had time to reach out to somebody else for better help. I was very displeased with the last session but I was willing to give it another shot with another walk-through to touch base on areas that I was not receiving the most efficient work. The last time there were two people in my house and it seemed as if they finish quicker than the last time there was one person just in my house. So I gave it the benefit of the doubt and paid the base fee amount plus a $30 extra tip and good faith. When I got home there was still dirt and dust in areas that was obvious. Plus if you walk on my floors with white socks or bare foot you would have dirt all attached. Instead of trying to make amends and fix the situation. My services were revoked and there was no ownership taken to fix the situation at all. Very unprofessional. Always not punctual. About 30 to 45 minutes late all the time. read more

As Management for a mobilehome park community, we hired Stay Clean Housekeeping for a very deep clean of a 2 bdrm, 2 bath, 2 year old manager home, which was left filthy from prior occupants.  We explained, in detail, that this unit required an extensive interior cleaning (interior and exterior cleaning of all cabinets, scrubbing of kitchen backsplash, scrubbing inside/outside refrigerator (no stove to clean, it was removed due to damage) scrubbing wood flooring, interior window cleaning, scrubbing/sanitizing both bathrooms, etc.  We explained all of these details to Evelyn.  She charged a ridiculous $500.00 for "interior deep cleaning".  Our experience with Stay Clean Housekeeping was not good.  Wood flooring was never touched because it was still filthy (black/dirt was removed  when wiped with a simple paper towel & floor cleaner).  This "cleaning crew" did not clean any of the cabinets, a hug red spaghetti sauce spill was still inside one of the kitchen cabinets, 3 ceiling fans weren't cleaned, interior windows were dirty. Nothing was scrubbed.  We did call for a revisit so they could address all of these issues.  Unfortunately, their return "cleaning" visit was futile.  Again, no actual cleaning occurred.  To say we were disappointed is an understatement.  Cleaning is not something they are good at and should certainly not charge for this type of extremely inferior service. read more
