STATS Brewpub - Sports Bars Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

This is not a typical sports bar! I was walked through the menu by Edward as if it were fine dining. The food selection was so unique. I went with the Shrimp and Crab nachos. They were good! Kudos to the chef! Edward was so very entertaining and hilarious! The manager, Tim, even came by to make sure everything was pleasing. Overall great time!! read more

What a joke! We had a party of 5 that was seated during a slow time period. There were no less than 4 different servers that totally ignored us, including one server that was dancing around our table while ignoring us. We got up and left, no one really cared. Went down to Twin Smokers, much better service! Won't be back, wouldn't recommend! read more

Great, fast service! Our six member group needed a very quick meal and we got it! Most of us had burger style sandwiches of some sort and I had hot wings! Everyone was satisfied and the food was on the table in under 10 min. Also Kudos to a good black-eyed pea veggie burger! read more

If you are looking through Yelp and you are from out of town, stop by this place. Food was well prepared and delicious. Try their IPA. Mexican home brew ain't bad either, like a spicy version of corona. Bar keep was kind and the rest of the staff was extremely efficient. Well played STATS. read more

I visited Stats during my recent visit to Atlanta, knowing nothing about the restaurant itself. We literally stumbled upon it on our first night. There were things I liked about it, but also some things that could be improved upon. I will say that I really enjoyed the food. For an appetizer, we had the Golden Malted Kettle Chips, which is served with two different dips, both were delicious. For dinner, I had the Dirty Bird sandwich, based on a recommendation by the waiter. I do not typically go for this type of sandwich but I love recommendations, and I am so glad I listened. The chicken was juicy, the breading wasn't too thick or greasy from, and I loved the pickled slaw and spicy mayo. Since we had chips for an appetizer, I had my sandwich with a side salad. It was a very basic salad, but not iceberg which wins points in my book. My husband had the Turkey Club sandwich, and my son's both had the kid's cheeseburger. We also enjoyed some local beers. My disappointment came with the overall process of seating and service. We wanted to enjoy the nice day, and were told they had a roof top deck with plenty of open seating that is first come, first served. We decided to go that route, but confirmed beforehand that there were still waiters. The hostess said yes, just grab a table and someone will help you. After waiting quite some time, we had to essentially flag our waiter down to ask for menus. It just made us unsure if that is what we were supposed to do, or if we were just being overlooked, however the deck was fairly empty at the time and the waiter was clearing and cleaning tables all around us, so it didn't seem like it. Once everything was ordered and delivered, we also had to hunt down someone for silverware and napkins. Most likely these are things that go more smoothly inside as they are probably set up automatically or delivered with the hostess, but not as seamless in a "seat yourself" deck situation. However, despite the hiccups, out waiter was very nice and polite, and I wouldn't be opposed to visiting again if in the area. read more

Food was decent, but overpriced. 12 bucks for a wrap seems a little high. It is Atlanta though near where the Hawks and Falcons play. Service was slow. Took us awhile to get our drink refills (they were alcoholic). I'd hate to see the place on a busy night. read more

Food was good and Bushwood IPA beer is delicious. Service was really good too! Trying to get on the rooftop but must have a secret password...LOL! read more

I've been here a few times now and think I may be done with this restaurant. The food is only mediocre and the wait staff seem to be preoccupied with trying to look hip to bother to actually serve the customers. I've tried the salad, the burger, the chicken sandwich, and their mexican tortilla soup. I was just not impressed, I'd put in on par with Applebees or the like. The place its self has a great atmosphere, its all quite neat and clean and very stylish. If they spent half as much on improving the staff and food, it would be well worth the money. The price of the food is inflated, I'm guessing they're expecting mostly expense account lunches and drinks and spill off from the conference center. SG read more

I really liked this place. I came here with my husband after an Atlanta United match. We opted for appetizers and the pretzel, wings, and nachos were good! It was super busy after the Atlanta United game, but the service was still spot on! I wouldn't give 5 stars just because the food was good, but not anything remarkable. I definitely recommend checking this place out though! read more

This place deserves a 2.5 but for all intents and purposes (and because I can't give half stars) we'll go with a 3. First of all, this bar is in a great location. When you walk in you're bombarded by TV screens which lets you know you're in sports bar heaven. This is a place you go to, to watch the game. It's not a place for a date night. The food is mediocre. It's your basic bar food dressed up to appear special but it really isn't. It's not bad but it's not going to wow you. Except for the fries...those were pretty good. We went on a Saturday night which you would think would be prime time for a sports bar but it was only half full. Also, the drinks were good but there were no drink specials which was weird in the middle of football season. read more

We sat at the bar. No one greeted us. We moved to an open seating area. No one greeted us. We moved back to the bar to try to get someone to assist us with ordering SOMETHING. Underneath bar is weird. No knee room. Disappointed. Won't go back. read more

Chicken nachos - Dirty Bird - Buffalo Chicken Wrap & Beers all were great. Only complaint is I thought this was a sports bar? 4th July afternoon with Braves playing the Yankees and this place could of seemed to careless, had to ask to turn it on. There is more sports in Atlanta then the Falcons read more

I would say a three star rating is spot on. While they have a great space it is very much under utilized. For a sports bar there was a serious lack of TVs except for the smaller ones above the bar. They also don't have the greatest tap list, while they have the regulars there isn't anything great. Also, the fact that they don't have all of them at both vars is a let down. I did thin the service was good and they were attentive, it was nice to see the GM walking around making sure the customers and workers were all in good shape. read more

Below is the original review I wrote - before we realized that our server edited the tip line after we left stealing himself a couple more dollars. Management was called and we will receive that money back, however I'm sure that guy is still working there. So if you want to risk it, always check your receipt. Original post: Food and drinks were great, even though my order was wrong. Strongly suggest the buffalo chicken wrap. Had a large party on a Saturday night with reservation. There was a concert down the block which made it almost impossible to get to the restaurant. Also made for a not so busy night there. My only complaint was the fact that they couldn't split our check. Printed one large one and we had to do the work of separating it. Inconvenient read more

Walked down for a quick lunch with a pint- Stats only has 3 stars but we had a great experience. The wait staff was so fun- Lisa is the best! The food was tasty and their original beers are tasty. Underrated for sure- check it out for yourself read more

The pictures posted are probably old because this restaurant doesn't have some of these items. Really good looking food. Kale Caesar was really fishy but the croutons were excellent. We sat at the bar and one of the bartenders seemed like she went out of her way to ignore us and find things to put in at the computer. Service was really frustrating. If the service was close to acceptable, the review would have been higher. read more

Adrian was great! They have a selection of 5-6 of their own beers and other local ones on tap. We didn't eat here, but had some good apps. The popcorn and chips were tasty! Our service was really friendly. Convenient for the nearby trade show. Will come back! read more

The bartenders spend more time talking back and forth amongst each other than their customers. I waited 45 minutes for a new drink. The food is okay. I've had much better...we had nachos. How do you go wrong with nachos. We were here a year ago, for the championship game and got much better service. read more

Don't go for the food way over priced for the quality Beers and sports bar atmosphere very good which is why a 3

If you're just grabbing a beer and want to watch a game then this is a good place I guess . Other than that food was basic -nothing special-pricey for what it is. Service was mediocre . Asked to look at a kids menu and was chastised by the waiter as he stated no one looks under 10. Umm that wasn't the point -had 12 year old with special needs who needed a "kids" menu. Waiter was so rude. Should not have to justify why I needed a kids menu. Just terrible Stats. Definitely Not impressed and will NEVER return. read more

Desperately trying to find someplace to eat near our hotel in downtown Atlanta, and this was right across the street and I could do take-out. Sports bar, with pretty typical menu. A lot of beer choices and plenty of tv's. Too tired to stay, we got the Stone Mountain (I think) double cheeseburger and fries. Very good burger! Only took about 10 minutes, if that. Juicy, great flavor, and the fries were served hot with salt and parsley. A little pricy ($13), but I expected that. At least my expensive burger tasted like an expensive burger! Would definitely recommend. read more

Enjoyed our night here. Definitely bigger and better than my initial impression. Upstairs was awesome. Outside patio, lounge area and great staff. read more

Please bring back stats!! I love this bar. I go for the wings and it's the only place in ATL I hit on a regular just for wings.

Monday in November, I was with a large group of students under 21. The Stats staff immediately accommodated our group and began taking our orders. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the Chicken Nachos from the Starters Menu for my meal, they were delicious and large portions, enough to share with others. read more

Went on a Thursday after flying in for a quick bite on the roof deck. It was a nice view and the lights are pretty but this is definitely your weekend sports bar. The wine is served in plastic cups and the staff were nice but not very enthusiastic. Ordered the salad w steak and it was very good and the red wine vinaigrette dressing paired very well. Would be a great spot for a Sunday game day! read more

Fun food selections with good sized portions. The humus, olive tapenade, pita and cucumbers were excellent! Salads were the most fun! Boiled peanuts must be an acquired taste. read more

Really disappointing. Beer selection ok, but the burger was below Burger King quality. I ordered the brisket burger. Very tough and the taste was not pleasant. I left most of it on my plate. No one asked me if I enjoyed my meal. I will not be going back. read more

Terrible customer service, sub par food. Sorry to be a snob, but in this day and age, I expect more from a brew pub. It was just not good beer. read more

Stats is definitely the place to watch and sporting event on the big screen (since they see to have a massive HD tv that can be seen from any table) The deck is awsome place to hang, or have a party on (they have these really cool looking firepits, HD Tv's and a bar on the deck) I have attended a few parties thrown at STATS and they have all been amazing, great food and drinks, and i must say executed very nicely by the staff. I am very impressed with this place read more

Got there before most people for first NFL game of 2012. Dissappointed upstairs had limited TV's but we did get first table. Was blown away to learn the limited beer selection was even MORE limited on the roof ... only 3 beers. And, our server never offerend to have one sent up with appetizers and entres we ordered nor to go get one. There was so much space for more tables and TV's, yet people ended up standing and crowding each other to see the few TV's. Servers contantly walked in front of TV's when there was plenty of room to go around. We ended up finishing the game downstairs, which was more enjoyable. But then the night ended on a sour note when we got our voucher for the parking garage and it would not give us the 3-hour credit for going to STATS. So we had to pay $10. All in all, the food is excellent. The crowd is fun. Many TV's inside along with better servers. I recommend the Kung Fu Ribs on the appetizer menu, the Tomato Bisque, and the Collard Greens ... YUMMY!!!!! But I will not return unless the parking is fixed! read more

Went to Stats yesterday to watch Futbol. My initial thoughts were "another sports bar with poor service". When we first sat down at the bar we were ignored for about three minutes. Then the young lady gaved us menus. They may have been going into a shift change, because we then got awesome Amy. I had a frozen Arnold Palmer, amazzzzing!!!! We then got the Kung fu ribs (I got the smashed potatoes), ribs and potatoes were both tasty. The atmosphere was friendly. The tv situation was adequate. The prices were good. I'm not generally a sports bar person. I would most definitely go back there!!! read more

Great atmosphere at Stats and the food is always good. Love the old rustic, industrial good that has been exceptionally preserved. Tons of TVs with games on all the time. The roof top is beautiful as well. read more

Stats was perfect! We were in town for an NFL game but needed a place for our college game on Saturday. Great location, endless tvs, 3 levels with a roof top bar and great food! Highly recommended! read more

Wow could there be worse service? The bartenders are inattentive and bored. Spend more time talking to one another than the waiting customers. I ordered one drink and would have ordered more but the bartenders were so engrossed in doing nothing than doing their job. The food is "eh" at best. Too bad there are not better choices in downtown Atl. Get it together Atlanta! read more

Place recently reopened and I'm so glad I happened to walk by! Bartender was super helpful and let me try a few samples of their brews. Too many good options! Anyone in Centennial Park area should stop on in and catch a Braves game or whatever else is on. read more

NOT HAVING A GREAT FIRST EXPERIENCE!!!! Out with family in town, my birthday weekend celebration and I chose STATS!!! Mistake#1!!! Mistake#2... I ordered the Brick Chicken... was told it was boneless chicken...NOT!!! Then on top of that, it was still bloody and light pink in areas. Took our waitress forever to come back and refill water glasses and to take my second order after removing my uncooked meal!!! The customer service was not the best!! FIRST TIME...LAST TIME!!!!
