One day on my lunch break, I ordered them as per usual, but received them plain, no seasoning or garlic sauce, just dry with parmesan sprinkled on them. They have no idea what customer service means. They wanted me to bring the wings back to the restaurant to replace the order. I brought them back twice and both times they attempted to give me the same wings back. TWICE!!! First they gave the same wings back to me...the exact same way, claiming that's how they come. I didn't realize until I got back to the office. I drove back and the lady at the counter agreed that they didn't look like they should. So they sauced the SAME wings, and again, gave them back to me. I noticed this while driving away. I turned around and went back yet again. This time, they took the wings and the owner brought out a fresh order... but he was mad at me! He told me to check the order in front of him and told me not to bring them back again. The. Entire. Nerve. Explain how you can be upset with someone when YOU F*CK UP!
