Though our AC still worked well, water was welling up on our concrete slab beneath the unit. Worst yet, when I tried to troubleshoot the issue, I somehow shut the system shut down completely. Panic. I called Anthony and instead of putting me off completely until Monday...he talked me through getting the system back on. We went from fearing a three-day weekend without AC, to fully operational AC. They basically made holes in the wall and shoved the wires in. It was a fire hazard that could have caused harm or death to the customer/family. We hired Even Flow for a previous job and were amazed by the quality of work and great customer service. We knew that we could rely on Even Flow to look at the problem and provide a solution. Eric came out and explained in great detail the many findings of the bad installation. He then laid out a way forward along with an itemized invoice. I appreciate there were no hidden fees at the end of the job. The job took a few hours to complete and the team was very thorough in answering my many, many questions. During the repair, they had shoe covers, brought their own vacuum, and cleaned up afterward. The tools used were put away afterward and overall kept the workspace tidy. They also called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. The van is easily marked - a great way to advertise but also easy to identify them upon arrival.

They were one of the best subcontractors on the job. The duct work in the attic is neatly done and they attempted and succeeded in placing the ducts so that egress into the attic was not compromised. I was impressed with their work during construction. I am 100% satisfied with the finished product. The house cools and heats evenly. The zoned system works as promised. The best part? No drafts and ZERO noise when the unit is operating. They were easy to schedule, showed up as promised, kept the jobsite neat and clean, stayed on budget and pleasant to work with. HIGHLY recommend.
