I want to provide a glowing endorsement of Best Buy Walk-in Tubs and the people who helped my wife…read moreand I get our new tub. Our salesman, Brian Daugherty, was wonderful to work with. He was persistent in following up but without being annoying like so many other sales people can be. Our installer, Kevin and his son Richie, did a phenomenal job! They adapted to several odd situations with our old tub (the original builder cut some corners) and they were able to install our new walk-in tub in less than one full day. They were professional, friendly, and they left our house cleaner than when they arrived! My wife and I love our new walk-in tub! We are recommending Best Buy to all our friends. Thank you and God bless! Dan Cowley Mesquite, TX

Just giving it four stars because I had a hiccup with communication on both sides that's been taken care of and resolved and we're back on track thank you BestBuy Walk-in Tubs for your service. And you know when the owner of a company makes time to talk to you that they are serious about their product and customers. I would definitely recommend them.

My husband noticed an etched spot on our beautiful new bathroom counter top (a polished petrified wood) in the guest bathroom. We could not figure out what had happened to mar the surface. I called Bart at Dura-Mar (they installed all of the beautiful counters in our new home), who came over and determined that someone had spilled a soda on it. He had to completely grind down and re-polish the surface (took about 3 hours). It was as good as new--and he did it for no charge! His workmanship is impeccable. If you are looking for unique, distinct counters for you home you need to check them out!
