If I could leave negative stars I would!!! I hired them to do a add on room in our basement in Colorado Springs. I paid 1/2 up front (dumb for doing so), and I think they worked a total of 4 days on the job. Communication was terrible and eventually they asked for more money to come back out to complete. I talked to owner and she took no responsibility for anything and her only solution to solving the problem was sending me a bill (laughable) for work completed when I told her I wanted my money back because I was hiring someone to complete the job. The new contractor came out, bid, and completed the work (fixed things they did wrong) before asking for money. I ultimately was out 8k for trusting these people! Buyer beware! Run the other direction. If this review saves one family from the pain of dealing with them, then maybe my 8k was worth something! I was actually contacted by another client of theirs that read my review and is dealing with same issues so I felt obliged to review again! read more

We needed multiple items done to my fathers home. We had to coordinate everything from another state. Miranda quoted everything we needed done (bathroom remodel, debris removal, repaint interior, ect) and then proceeded to take care of everything. Communication was great! She sent before and after photos and the work done was high quality and very timely. She made great suggestions on additional work and then when we chose additional work, she got right on that as well. It is hard to trust a company that you don't know and can't meet, but I would highly recommend this company. read more

After two months I have not received their estimate. Contacted them three times. I finally get a reply ....still waiting on a quote for a door. A simple sliding door. Forget them. I'm sorry, I had high hopes for this company. They disappointed me greatly. read more

We bought a new house and our bathrooms flooded; we needed to have a lot of work done. This kind of thing was totally new to us, but L4 helped us out every single step of the way! From working with our insurance to picking out supplies, they could not have been better. I had a million questions; they were patient, kind, and thorough in answering everything I could think of. We also had some weird design requests and they went above and beyond giving us more than we could have even imagined!! Our bathrooms look absolutely incredible, and every L4 employee we interacted with was respectful, hard-working, and patient. They looked out for us every step of the way.
